★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia. O prazo de entrega não foi cumprido duas vezes - demorei mais de 20 dias pra receber 7 blusas sociais (que ainda não recebi!). Fujam dessa cilada!
Disappointing experience. The deadline was not fulfilled twice - it took me more than 20 days to receive 7 social blouses (which I have not received yet!). Get out of this trap!

O brigado por mi ser um cliente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima lavanderia. Deixei meu tapete dia 14/11/2016 pra entregar dia 21/11/2016. Hoje na data do dia 28/11/2016, não me foi entregue o tapete. E quando cheguei no estabelecimento tinha um senhor com o mesmo problema eles pegam mais do que podem e deixam o cliente a espera. Sem falar na dona além de mal educada é debochada. Não merece nem uma estrela. Nunca mais deixo nem um par de meia e quero deixar registrado: ainda estou sem o tapete.
Bad laundry. I left my carpet on 14/11/2016 to deliver on 21/11/2016. Today on 28/11/2016, I was not handed the rug. And when I arrived at the establishment there was a gentleman with the same problem they take more than they can and leave the customer waiting. Not to mention the owner besides being rude is mocked. It does not deserve even a star. I never leave a pair of socks again and I want to register: I'm still without the rug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente desta lavanderia mas, neste ano deixou muitooooo a desejar. Deixei meu tapete em janeiro pra ser lavado e deixei pago a entrega que teoricamente seria para o dia 22 de JANEIRO de 2020. Devido algumas chuvas eu aceitei prorrogar este prazo mas, depois de 10 promessas de entregas, finalmente recebi hoje dia 08 de ABRIL de 2020. Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente e com certeza perdeu não só uma cliente pois, da família que também procurava os serviços dessa lavanderia. Eu sempre indicava e agora também não indicar mais.
I have always been a customer of this laundry but this year left a lot to be desired. I left my rug in January to be washed and I paid for the delivery that would theoretically be for JANUARY 22, 2020. Due to some rains I agreed to extend this deadline, but after 10 promises of delivery, I finally received today on APRIL 8, 2020. This is a lack of respect for the customer and he certainly lost not only one customer because, of the family who also sought the services of this laundry. I always indicated and now I don't recommend anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem compromisso com o cliente, eu paguei por uma limpeza de tapete , que se eu não ficasse ligando pra saber quando estaria pronto não saberia , paguei adiantado e de tanto aborrecimento eu mesmo fui pegar meu tapete , a.pessima experiência eu não recomendo .
Without commitment to the customer, I paid for a carpet cleaning, which if I didn't keep calling to find out when it would be ready, I wouldn't know, I paid in advance and because of so much annoyance I went to get my carpet myself, a.pessima experience I don't recommend.
