Efetuei algumas compras e somente a primeira veio exatamente o que comprei , e nas demais surgiram os problemas, no ato da entrega fui questionar a falta de material pois foi realizado entrega parcial sem meu consentimento, e a funcionária Nathalia disse que eu era responsável por não ter avisado previamente que eu gostaria da entrega em sua totalidade, conforme o pedido e inclusive alegou que em caso de recusa do material que na estava no caminhão no qual não era o meu pedido, eu teria que pagar o frete do mesmo. Sem opção optei por ficar com a mercadoria que ali estava cancelado o restante.
A situação foi constrangedora pois a funcionária não agiu previamente ao me informar da possível entrega parcial, e me apontou como culpado por não ter avisado, não cabe a nós clientes dar essa opção e sim ao fornecedor apontar para o cliente que haverá imprevistos seja ele qual for antes da entrega. Menciono também a falta de respeito com os operários no local que pela segunda vez ficaram aguardando muito além do horário alinhando da entrega.

I made some purchases and only the first one came exactly what I bought, and in the others the problems arose, at the time of delivery I went to question the lack of material because partial delivery was carried out without my consent, and the employee Nathalia said that I was responsible for not have previously advised that I would like delivery in its entirety, as per the order and even claimed that in case of refusal of material that was not in the truck in which it was not my order, I would have to pay the freight. With no option, I chose to keep the merchandise that was cancelled, the rest.
The situation was embarrassing because the employee did not act in advance when informing me of the possible partial delivery, and pointed me as guilty for not having warned, it is not up to us customers to give this option, but the supplier to point out to the customer that there will be unforeseen events, whatever is before delivery. I also mention the lack of respect for the workers at the site who, for the second time, were waiting much longer than the delivery schedule.
