★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame numa quinta e me garantiram que entregariam o exame na segunda na parte da tarde ou até às 13:00 da terça.
Quando foi terça às 15 liguei a atendente muito mal educada falou que não ia me explicar o porquê o exame não ficou pronto e que o técnico do laboratório onde eles mandaram fazer o exame.
E o mesmo me falou que só ficaria pronto em 15 dias.
Um absurdo.
Clínica muito mal amparada.. péssimo atendimento.
Não recomendo para ninguém
I took an exam on a Thursday and I was assured that they would deliver the exam on Monday in the afternoon or until 13:00 on Tuesday.
When it was Tuesday at 3 pm I called the very rude attendant and said that he was not going to explain to me why the exam was not ready and that the technician at the laboratory where they had the exam done.
And he told me that it would only be ready in 15 days.
Absurd.
Very poorly supported clinic .. terrible service.
Do not recommend to anyone
