★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que ocorreu foi o seguinte, antes de me direcionar para a loja liguei e perguntei o orçamento para retirada de película de film do vidro dianteiro do meu carro. O Valor passado foi de R$ 30,00. Ao chegar na loja fui recebido pela mesma funcionária que me passou o valor, e posteriormente foi direcionado um profissional para a retirada que parecia não ter concordado com o valor, e ficou resmungando a todo momento. Até aí não me incomodei. O pior foi a prestação do serviço, pois o mesmo colaborador , removeu do para-brisas o meu tag de pedágios, e estacionamentos, o inutilizando, e não retirou toda a cola do meu para-brisas.
Deixo claro que não barganhei em nenhum momento o orçamento informado, e entendo que qualquer insatisfação entre empresa e colaborador, deva ser tratada em particular, e nunca na frente do cliente.
De minha parte esperava apenas um serviço limpo e com qualidade.
What happened was the following, before heading to the store I called and asked for the budget for removing the film from the front window of my car. The value passed was R$ 30.00. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by the same employee who gave me the amount, and later a professional was directed to the withdrawal who seemed not to have agreed with the amount, and kept muttering all the time. So far I haven't bothered. The worst was the service, as the same employee removed my toll and parking tag from the windshield, rendering it unusable, and did not remove all the glue from my windshield.
I make it clear that at no time did I bargain the informed budget, and I understand that any dissatisfaction between the company and the employee must be dealt with privately, and never in front of the customer.
For my part, I just expected clean and quality service.
