Levei TODO o material, relatei todo diagnóstico, fui no intuito de saber se havia outra forma de resolver o problema, a resposta foi não, então recomendei o que deveria ser feito. O serviço de mão de obra consistiu em desencapar um único fio com alicate. Na hora de pagar o dono perguntou ao funcionário o que foi feito, funcionário alegou que não foi nada e que também não havia usado sequer material da loja a não ser um pedaço de fita isolante, e o proprietário me cobra R$50. Detesto colocar preço em serviços de alguém, mas vamos ser realista! Já recebi dois outros relatos negativos. Mas de toda forma acompanhava nas redes sociais, inclusive admirava. Hoje estou deixando meu relato negativo e minha avaliação como forma de relato para não ir mais e também não indicar. Com tamanho conhecimento no meio que trabalha dizendo que não havia solução, meu problema foi resolvido externamente da equipadora que se entitula SOUND utilizando um voltímetro que foi o suficiente para resolver o problema, admiro tamanho conhecimento da empresa em procurar soluções.
