★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os passeios são maravilhosos...a única ressalva que faço,é em relação a postura de algumas guias turísticas...Ontem,por exemplo,tive uma experiência PÉSSIMA por causa de uma delas em um passeio para Arraial do Cabo.Lamentável!
 The tours are wonderful...the only caveat I make is in relation to the posture of some tourist guides...Yesterday, for example, I had a BAD experience because of one of them on a trip to Arraial do Cabo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos no Rio do dia 14 a 16 de Dezembro de 2019, no domingo fizemos o passeio, Cristo, Pão de Açúcar, escadas Selaron, e igreja metropolitana , e Maracanã.
O passeio foi ótimo, receptivo excelente, e gostaria de elogiar a simpatia e atenção da guia Eva, e um elogio especial para o o motorista Ramos, um excelente profissional, parabéns para a empresa Boa Tour e a equipe de profissionais que sabem receber o turista. Obrigado
We were in Rio from 14 to 16 December 2019, on Sunday we took the tour, Christ, Sugar Loaf, Selaron stairs, and Metropolitan Church, and Maracanã.
The tour was great, excellent receptive, and I would like to praise the friendliness and attention of guide Eva, and a special compliment to the driver Ramos, a great professional, congratulations to the company Boa Tour and the team of professionals who know how to receive the tourist. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinheiro jogado fora, fiz o passeio para Arraial do cabo para duas pessoas e estou extremamente decepcionado pelo descaso. Fiz o contato por whatsapp com a empresa um dia antes e perguntei tudo sobre o passeio e foi me passado um roteiro e um período excelente em cada passeio daí então fechei o pacote, a princípio chegamos na van e a guia fez a maior propaganda do passeio, fizemos a primeira parada na rodovia para café e antes disso havia sido informado que iríamos almoçar assim que chegasse na cidade daí então foi passado para que na parada comecemos algo leve pois iríamos almoçar.
Chegando em Arraial daí já foi dito que iríamos almoçar após o passeio e que no barco a princípio seria oferecido frutas como recepção ao primeiro momento e a demais consumação seria a parte. Conclusão fomos almoçar após as 16 horas e saímos com a van as 8 horas da manhã, já começa daí o descaso, chegamos na embarcação a mesma estava lotada de gente as da própria van e outras dezenas de pessoas de fora impossibilitando que vc desfrutasse do barco, e nada de recepção de frutas e sim uns espetos sem vergonha que custavam 10 reais cada. A água que é a vontade é um copo descartável de torneira.
E para piorar o passeio não coincide com o que vendem ficamos mais tempo em barco do que turistando ou curtindo a praia, descaso total, se fosse para chegar tirar foto e ir embora eu entraria no Google e baixaria fotos de Arraial.
No entanto se você vai fazer este passeio te aconselho outro meio no meu caso já estou verificando outro modo de ir pois com está empresa sem chance horrível, joguei meu dinheiro fora paguei e não recebi nem metade do que foi oferecido e nem resarcido pelo passeio na metade fui lamentável !
E outra coisa se você vai querendo conhecer as escadas do Atalaia nem vão, pois eles acabam com suas espectativas informando que é longe da parte que vocês desembarcam para você desistir de ir e atrasar a volta pois o tempo no Atalaia que é 1 das 2 praias que vc desembarca é 30 min e a outra é 15. O papo que usam é que foi reduzido o tempo pela própria administradora do local, tudo conversa pois me informei sobre tudo e sim é má vontade mesmo. Fujam dessa conversa fiada ...
Money thrown away, I took the tour to Arraial do cabo for two people and I am extremely disappointed by the neglect. I made contact by whatsapp with the company the day before and asked everything about the tour and I was given a script and an excellent period in each tour then I closed the package, at first we arrived in the van and the guide made the biggest advertisement of the tour , we made the first stop on the highway for coffee and before that it had been informed that we would have lunch as soon as we arrived in the city then it was passed so that at the stop we would start something light because we would have lunch.
Arriving in Arraial, it has already been said that we would have lunch after the tour and that on the boat, at first, fruit would be offered as a reception at the first moment and the other consummation would be the part. Conclusion we went to lunch after 4 pm and left with the van at 8 am, the carelessness starts there, we arrived at the boat it was packed with people from the van itself and dozens of other people from outside making it impossible for you to enjoy the boat , and no fruit reception, but shameless skewers that cost 10 reais each. The water that is desired is a disposable tap cup.
And to make matters worse, the tour does not coincide with what they sell, we spent more time on the boat than touring or enjoying the beach, total neglect, if it were to get a picture and leave I would go on Google and download photos from Arraial.
However if you are going to take this tour I advise you another way in my case I am already checking out another way to go because with this company with no horrible chance, I threw my money away I paid and did not receive even half of what was offered or refunded for the tour in half was pitiful!
And another thing if you want to know the stairs of Atalaia or go, because they end your expectations by informing that it is far from the part that you disembark for you to give up and go back because the time at Atalaia which is 1 of the 2 beaches that you disembark is 30 min and the other is 15. The chat they use is that the time was reduced by the administrator of the place, everything talks because I learned about everything and yes it is really bad will. Get away from this small talk ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência nãoo avisa de forma clara no site nem em outros meios que os passeios de barcos podem ser cancelados devido os ventos fortes. Fiz um passeio em Janeiro do Rio para Arraial do Cabo, pegamos um trânsito horrível, e o passeio depois as 12:00 foi cancelado pela capitania dos portos da cidade. Porém, a agência sabe sobre os possíveis cancelamentos e não oferecem um plano B ou uma troca no itinerário do passeio.
A guia turística (que não tem nada a ver com as causas) ofereceu um passeio por terra e ainda tivemos que desembolsar 5,00 cada pessoa para poder usar um meio de transporte na cidade e completar o passeio em Arraial do Cabo. Um descaso total, já que pagamos pelo passeio de barco e ainda temos que pagar por uma plano B devido o cancelamento do passeio. Após todos ficarem revoltados com a situação, chegamos em Arraial próximo das 14:00 onde fizemos o passeio por apenas 3 praias de jardineira.
Acho que a agência deveria ter um plano B totalmente organizado para o cliente ou então oferecer um reembolso quando o itinerário for mudado. Primeira e última vez que faço passeio com essa agência! Não indico devido a falta de informação clara ao cliente!
The agency does not clearly warn you on the website or in other media that boat trips may be canceled due to strong winds. I took a tour in January from Rio to Arraial do Cabo, we caught a horrible traffic, and the tour after 12:00 was canceled by the captaincy of the city's ports. However, the agency knows about possible cancellations and does not offer a plan B or an exchange on the tour itinerary.
The tour guide (who has nothing to do with the causes) offered an overland tour and we still had to pay 5.00 each person to be able to use a means of transport in the city and complete the tour in Arraial do Cabo. A total disregard, since we paid for the boat tour and we still have to pay for a plan B due to the cancellation of the tour. After everyone was disgusted with the situation, we arrived in Arraial around 14:00 where we took the tour through only 3 jardineira beaches.
I think the agency should have a fully organized plan B for the client or offer a refund when the itinerary changes. First and last time I take a tour with this agency! I do not indicate due to the lack of clear information to the customer!

The agency's staff are helpful, answering the messages on time to clear up any doubts and give super attention, we took a boat trip in Arraial do Cabo, we just didn't have a good experience with the boat staff because I think it was outsourced by the company, outside this is an excellent tour and a nice price too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos vez fiz duas reservas uma de quadriciclo e outra de barco, dependendo como for volto pra aumentar ou diminuir as estrelas.
Amei e indico os descontos são perfeitos.
Let's go once I made two reservations, one by quad bike and the other by boat, depending on how I go back to increase or decrease the stars.
I loved it and I recommend the discounts are perfect.

Com certeza eu recomendo (como já fiz isso para uma colega) e quando eu voltar ao RJ farei outros passeios com está agência, pessoal muito atencioso, os guias e motoristas são excelentes, comunicativos, prestativos, profissionais nota 10! Vale a pena!
I did two tours through the agency, the city tour and to Arraial do Cabo. I definitely recommend it (as I have already done it for a colleague) and when I return to RJ I will do other tours with this agency, very attentive staff, the guides and drivers are excellent, communicative, helpful, top notch professionals! It is worth it!

Acordamos super cedo e empolgados para realizar o passeio que atrasou 1 hora para iniciar pois ficaram aguardando para encher de pessoas no barco. Não respeitaram o roteiro diminuindo o tempo de permanencia nos locais para voltar no horário, e em umas das praias, a do farol nem ao menos houve parada. Na volta além de voltarem antes ficaram meia hora parados ao lado do pier esperando todo mundo pagar as comandas. Sem mencionar as músicas e brincadeiras de mal gosto não levando em consideração as crianças a bordo. Não percam seu tempo com esse passeio.
We closed a boat tour in Paradise through Boa Tour. We woke up super early and excited to do the tour that took 1 hour to start because they were waiting to fill the boat with people. They did not respect the script, reducing the time spent in the places to return on time, and on one of the beaches, the lighthouse, there was not even a stop. On the way back, in addition to returning before, they stopped for half an hour next to the pier waiting for everyone to pay their orders. Not to mention the bad music and games not taking into account the children on board. Don't waste your time with this tour.
