★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é boa, mas tem dias que não funciona em alguns horários e sabe o que é melhor que eles passam duas hras sem atender das 12h as 14h.
Sei que os funcionários precisam de horário de almoço, mas isso deveria ser organizado, pois passar 2h sem suporte para um serviço que é um essencial para alguns é irresponsabilidade.
Vejam a possibilidade de colocar uma escala, assim ninguém perde.
The internet is good, but there are days that it doesn't work at certain times and you know what's best that they spend two hours without answering from 12 pm to 2 pm.
