★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contação pra fechar, aguardei o técnico q marcou comigo 09:30 pra fazer análise da instalação que não chegou no horário e não nada, após várias tentativas de contato o mesmo entrou em contato comigo as 11:35 informando que estava chegando, aguardei até 13:45, após pesquisar no Google por outras empresas vi avaliações negativas sobre a mesma em questão da qualidade do produto e compromisso com os clientes optei por cancelar, pois minha empresa precisa de pronto atendimento e compromisso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 2 semanas ligando praticamente todos os dias para contratar. Sempre que me atendiam inventavam uma desculpa diferente. Marcaram comigo varia vezes para vir verificar a disponibilidade e nunca vieram. Desisti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conexão é ótima, mas deixa só você ter algum problema, vai passar uns bons dias até ser atendido e ter o problema resolvido, pois o suporte é ótimo, mas apenas pra instalação, porque pra manutenção é precário, e o atendimento enrola, diz que no próximo dia vai alguém, e você fica esperando, deixando de sair pra fazer outras coisas e ninguém vem, e isso se repete sempre. Fazer 3 anos que sou cliente, e sempre que preciso é uma palhaçada e estresse.

Quase todos os dias ficamos sem conexão de internet.
Quando solicitado, demoram a enviar o novo carnê de pagamento.
Sempre que agendamos a visita do técnico, seja para manutenção ou instalação, o mesmo não comparece.
Entramos em contato pelo whatsapp, a atendente visualiza e não responde.
