★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito, mas a unidade do Shopping Cidade Jardim está desorganizada demais. Um dia não tem peito de peru, outro dia não te uma folha de um tipo ou de outro (isso porque o prato principal é salada). Às vezes colocam um prato do dia mas falta um ingrediente.?
I like it very much, but the Shopping Cidade Jardim unit is too disorganized. One day does not have turkey breast, another day do not get a leaf of one type or another (this is because the main dish is salty). Sometimes they put a plate of the day but it lacks an ingredient.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje vcs se superaram. Fiz o pedido pelo iFoods (Boali – Shopping Cidade Jardim). O anúncio dizia "Compre um burrito de carne e leve outro burrito de carne". Pedi que viesse com a Nota Fiscal. O pedido foi feito às 20:19 de 28/08/2019 e chegou às 21:49 (uma hora e meia de demora). Ao abrir a sacola do lanche, surpresa! Veio apenas um burrito, frio e sem nota fiscal. Tentei ligar no restaurante por diversas vezes (21:55), mas nenhuma resposta. Praticamente, seguiram a cartilha de "Como perder seu cliente". Parabéns!
Today you guys got over yourself. I placed the order by iFoods (Boali - Shopping Cidade Jardim). The ad read, "Buy one meat burrito and take another meat burrito." I asked him to come with the invoice. The order was placed at 20:19 on 08/28/2019 and arrived at 21:49 (one and a half hours delay). When opening the snack bag, surprise! Just a burrito, cold and without an invoice. I tried calling the restaurant several times (21:55), but no response. They practically followed the "How to Lose Your Customer" primer. Congratulations!

Chegou salada com frango e um recado que estavam sem salmão.
Achei um absurdo pq deveriam ter entrado em contato comigo para saber se eu aceitaria essa troca. E não simplesmente mandar qlq coisa só para não perder a venda. Quando recebi o pedido e vi esse absurdo, liguei imediatamente para reclamar pois não como frango. E falaram que a gerente iria me ligar para resolver..... Já se passaram 1h e 30min e ninguém se quer ligou. Péssimo atendimento!!!!!!
Acabei comendo a salada mas o frango foi perdido....
Salada horrível, tempero sem gosto, brócolis murcho e borracha.... Péssima experiência!!!!!
I ordered the ifood, salad with salmon.
Salad with chicken arrived and a message that they were out of salmon.
I thought it was absurd because they should have contacted me to see if I would accept this exchange. And not just send anything just so you don't miss the sale. When I received the order and saw this nonsense, I called immediately to complain because I don't eat chicken. And they said that the manager would call me to solve it..... It's been 1h and 30min and nobody wants to call. Terrible attendance!!!!!!
I ended up eating the salad but the chicken was lost....
Horrible salad, tasteless seasoning, wilted broccoli and rubber.... Terrible experience!!!!!
