 It is not expensive, it is cozy, although on Fridays it is empty at 3am, the oldies music is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As cinco estrêlas são para o local e claro para os frequentadores. Para as músicas que são atualmente tocadas,nota ZERO. Os Dj's tomam músicas pra eles,não para o público que frequenta e,que na grande maioria tem mais de 50 anos.
The five stars are for the place and of course for the regulars. For the songs that are currently being played, score ZERO. Dj's take music for themselves, not for the public that attends and, most of them are over 50 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually smells like you are in a damp cave. Staff were friendly. Only about 5 people in bar including us when were there around 10:30 on Saturday night. Maybe it picks up much later in the night? I think it was about $10 cover USD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I read some less positive reviews about this gay bar, my husband (75 y/o) and me (47) gave it a try last Saturday. Became really crowded arount 23.00h with lots of elderly gentlemen and their admirers. very crowded around 01.00h and packed when we left at .2.30h.
Very friendly staff. To get it you have to pay 40RS but one gets two drinks (cocktails etc) for this price.
I absolutely recommend this place for elderly gents and their admirers. Easy to get in touch with the people - lots of them first go to the terrace opposite to this place for the first drinks.
Music also very nice ! Abba etcetera and lot of music from the 90's.
Age: 30 - 80. Lots of people between 55 and 70 y/o
PS: One more thing I want to say to the Spanish guy (and his brother and another woman) who left me waiting for 35 minutes next day without cancelling our date: why not leaving a message in my hotel? It's just rude to let somebody wait without letting him know you won't show up.....
But this has nothing to do with this great bar, of course!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique cave decor. Loud pop dance music. About fifteen people there when I arrived at 1 a.m. on a Thursday night. Half the people were 50+ and half younger. 40Rs entry fee includes two drinks.
