A consulta foi extremamente detalhista e resolutiva e me possibilitou manter meu acompanhamento nutricional mesmo estando em outro país! Recomendo muito!
I was a little afraid of what the online consultation could be like (since all my other consultations with Isabel had been in person), but I saw that this fear came mainly from lack of experience.
The consultation was extremely detailed and resolute and allowed me to maintain my nutritional monitoring even though I was in another country! I highly recommend!

Isabel transmite muita tranquilidade para quem está buscando, para além do emagrecimento, a reeducação alimentar, com ganhos na qualidade de vida e na busca por uma alimentação saudável. Em quase três meses, evoluí muito na disciplina alimentar e na regularidade nos exercícios físicos.
Dr. Isabel transmits a lot of tranquility to those who are seeking, in addition to weight loss, nutritional reeducation, with gains in quality of life and in the search for a healthy diet. Eu já consegui perder 10 kg com a reeducação alimentar da Isabel, pois ela não impõe restrições e sim adaptações ao seu estilo de vida e, assim, você emagrece de maneira saudável com foco e paciência, sem neuroses de "tenho que manter essa dieta a qualquer custo". Portanto, a Isabel busca justamente implementar uma reeducação alimentar de acordo com os seus objetivos e particularidades, tornando o processo de emagrecimento menos doloroso. Além disso, a Isabel passa receitas incríveis e me fez ter mais gosto pela cozinha, pois aprendi a fazer vários bolos de micro-ondas rs (para quem não gostava de cozinha, já é um grande passo).
