★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel incompétent. Ne comprennent rien. Ils vous amènent un sandwiche sur lequel manque la moitié des ingrédients. Pas de 2e steak, pas de bacon. Pas de sauce... Lorsqu'on leur ramène, les aliments sont manipulés avec les doigts et évidement le sandwich est froid...
Je demande des frites fines. Je recois des grosses frites. Bref n'importe quoi.
En revanche c'est bon , ce qui leur évite 1 étoile.
Incompetent staff. Do not understand anything They bring you a sandwich that lacks half of the ingredients. No 2nd steak, no bacon. No sauce ... When brought back, the food is handled with the fingers and of course the sandwich is cold ...
I ask for fine french fries. I get big french fries. In short anything.
On the other hand it's good, which saves them 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com voo atrasado em 19/3/2022, e com poucas outras opções, lanchei no Bob's do Aeroporto de São Luís. Além dos tradicionais hambúrgueres, vendem artesanais que superam os R$ 40,00. Pedi Trio Big Bob's (R$ 32,90) e, na sequência, o novo milk shake de amarula de 400ml (R$ 19,90). Valores março/2022. O sanduíche estava bem preparado. O milk shake estava bom. Foram duas as medidas de amarula no copo. Entendo devam encontrar uma maneira de o sabor da amarula não ficar evidenciado no shake apenas ao final.
With a delayed flight on 3/19/2022, and with few other options, I had lunch at Bob's in São Luís Airport. In addition to the traditional hamburgers, they sell artisanal burgers that cost more than R$ 40.00. I ordered Big Bob's Trio (R$32.90) and, after that, the new 400ml amarula milkshake (R$19.90). March/2022 values. The sandwich was well prepared. The milkshake was good. There were two measures of amarula in the glass. I understand that they must find a way for the flavor of the amarula not to be evident in the shake only at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bob’s do Aeroporto de São Luiz fica localizado no segundo andar, no caminho para as portas de acesso à área de embarque (antes delas). É uma boa opção para se comer entre as poucas opções do aeroporto - e achamos ser a melhor, visto que na área do saguão principal onde existe um Subway e um japonês, havia alguns indigentes andando. Fomos durante a pandemia e seguiam à risca as regras, inclusive com limpeza das mesas.
Preços normais (depois da área de embarque sempre tem a taxa de aeroporto de 10%) o atendimento foi rápido, nada veio errado e os pedidos sairam certinhos - detalhe, o tem refil grátis de bebida com Guaraná Jesus. Lanche bom (o Bob’s tem um sabor menos "industrial'' do que por exemplo o McDonalds), e bem preparado, coisa que às vezes não vemos em outras capitais. Uma boa opção para se comer antes do voo.
The Bob’s at São Luiz Airport is located on the second floor, on the way to the access doors to the departure area (before them). It is a good option to eat among the few options at the airport - and we think it is the best, since in the main lobby area where there is a Subway and a Japanese, there were some paupers walking around. We went during the pandemic and followed the rules strictly, including cleaning the tables.
Normal prices (after the departure area always has an airport tax of 10%) the service was fast, nothing went wrong and the orders came out right - detail, you have free drink refill with Guaraná Jesus. Good snack (Bob’s tastes less "industrial '' than McDonalds, for example), and well prepared, which sometimes we don’t see in other capitals, a good option for pre-flight eating.
