Traveling to São Luís by Latam was the worst experience I had in years traveling for work. Delays and limitless disorganization, sad situation remembering that it was once one of the best airlines in Brazil.

Comprei uma passagem ida e volta nessa empresa. Meu voo de volta foi cancelado e nunca recebi o reembolso. Formalizei uma reclamação, junto ao consumidor.gov, mas nunca me pagaram. Prejuízo de quase R$ 400,00. Descaso e estelionato!
DO NOT FLY WITH LATAM!
I bought a round trip ticket from this company. My return flight was canceled and I never received a refund. I filed a complaint with consumer.gov, but they never paid me. Loss of almost R$ 400.00. Negligence and fraud!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✅ O HORÁRIO DA LOJA É DAS 9:40 ÀS 16:40. Cuide para não perder a sua viagem.
✅ O atendimento da LATAM no aeroporto de São Luís, no meu caso, foi relativamente bom, entretanto tive que rodar 20 Km para ir até lá em virtude do sistema/site não funcionar.
✅ A ineficiência do site da companhia prejudica muito quem precisa alterar o seu voo. Inadmissível!!

✅ LATAM's service at São Luís airport, in my case, was relatively good, however I had to drive 20 km to go there because the system/site didn't work.
