 Time-consuming and confusing service. I suspect that the owner has few employees or that his disorganization directly affects the operation. The service is excellent, but the operation is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente esperei por muito tempo no drive enquanto acontecia uma discussão, lembrando que o primeiro atendente super educado e solicito, e na hora de pegar o lanche foi horrível, umas das piores experiências, infelizmente.
I just waited for a long time in the drive while there was an argument, remembering that the first attendant was super polite and solicitous, and when it came time to get the lunch it was horrible, one of the worst experiences, unfortunately.

The sandwich was missing a salad, the milk sheik was practically an ice cream shake, the manager was super nervous, but the other servers are excellent and they made it cold...

Já era um pouco tarde e só precisava usar o banheiro pois filha estava passando mal e a atendente simplesmente se resumiu a dizer que estava fechado e que não tinha como usar. Dando 1 estrela pois não tem como não dar nenhuma. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
Unfortunately the experience was the worst. It was a little late and I just needed to use the bathroom because my daughter was feeling sick and the attendant simply said that it was closed and that there was no way to use it. Giving 1 star because you can't give none. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.
