★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que entro na fila e não consigo fazer o pedido. Atendentes totalmente despreparados, lentos... Ou não tem dinheiro no caixa e eles demoram anos a trocar, ou demoram a fazer o pedido mesmo. Péssimo atendimento!
 It is the second time that I get in line and I can't place the order. Totally unprepared, slow attendants ... Either there is no money in the box and they take years to change, or they take a long time to place the order. Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha, esperei 26 minutos por um pedido, cancelei pois não aguentei todos que pediram após mim saíram antes, não recomendo, muito desorganizado, os hambúrgueres vão saindo o atendente que pega primeiro monta o do seu cliente, a atendente que estava me atendendo colocou a batata para fritar tirou a batata para o lanche da minha filha, os outros atendentes pegaram acabaram com as batatas fritas e ela teve que reiniciar o processo para tirar a minha e a da minha esposa, sinceramente se houvesse alguma forma de processa-los eu iria tentar, pelo constrangimento que passei, tive tempo de contar os 7 pedidos que saíram antes do meu mesmo sendo pedidos depois. Eu nunca mais retorno nesse estabelecimento.
A shame, I waited 26 minutes for a request, canceled because I could not stand everyone who asked after me left before, I do not recommend, very disorganized, the burgers are going out the attendant who picks up first the client's, the attendant who was answering me put the fry potato took the potato for my daughter's snack, the other clerks picked up the fries and she had to restart the process to get mine and my wife's, honestly if there was any way I could sue them I would try, because of the embarrassment I had, I had time to count the 7 orders that came before my order. I will never return to this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido no Bob's da praça de alimentação do Park Lagos. Pedi uma casquinha de chocolate que estava aguada,apenas com gosto de gelo. Voltei para salientar isso com o supervisor que disse que estava normal, falei então que p chocolate da loja era bem ruim e aguado e joguei fora.
I was treated at Bob's in the Park Lagos food court. I ordered a chocolate cone that was watery, just like ice. I went back to point this out to the supervisor who said it was normal, then I said that the chocolate in the store was really bad and watery and I threw it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, hambúrguer minúsculo dentro do que seria o BIG BOB, reclamei e a funcionária Adriana falei que era isso mesmo em total desrespeito ao cliente que não concordava com tamanho.
Nunca mais volto lá e NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
Terrible service, tiny hamburger in what would be the BIG BOB, complained and the employee Adriana said that this was the same in total disregard to the client who did not agree with size.
I will never be back there and DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma péssima experiência nesse Bob's. Além dos dois funcionários mal educados, realizei o pedido pelo auto atendimento. A máquina imprimiu meu ticket com o comprovante de pagamento e meu número na fila. Depois de uns bons minutos (mais de 10) percebi que já havia passado muito do meu número. Foi então que me informação que wje tinha que esperar em outra fila para pedir o pedido que já havia pedido. Sem sentido algum. Pouca instrução. O milkshake crocante é ótimo, o melhor entre as concorrentes. O concorrente tem um atendimento semelhantes que funciona MUITO BEM. Se forem copiar, façam direito.
It was a bad experience at this Bob's. In addition to the two rude employees, I made the request for self-service. The machine printed my ticket with proof of payment and my queue number. After a good few minutes (more than 10) I realized that I was way past my number. It was then that I was informed that we had to wait in another line to order the order I had already ordered. No sense at all. Little instruction. The crispy milkshake is great, the best among the competitors. The competitor has a similar customer service that works VERY WELL. If you are going to copy, do it right.
