Ontem fui ao estabelecimento pela primeira vez, e não tive uma boa experiência.
Costumo dá uma segunda chance aos comércios e assim o farei.
A comida é saborosa e o garçom educado, porém demorou 2h para sair o prato, e o restaurante nem estava lotado.
A carne que pedimos, com certeza, não era a que colocaram no prato. Espero que melhore pois o local tem tudo pra ser um sucesso.

Yesterday I went to the establishment for the first time, and I didn't have a good experience.
I usually give businesses a second chance and I will do so.
The food is tasty and the waiter was polite, but it took 2 hours to get the dish out, and the restaurant wasn't even crowded.
The meat we ordered, for sure, was not the one they put on the plate. I hope it gets better because the place has everything to be a success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Pedi um medalhão de carne e nem consegui comer de tão dura que estava a carne. Joguei fora. Péssimo. Nunca mais peço nada nesse lugar. Decepcionada.
I do not recommend. I asked for a medallion of meat and couldn't even eat it because the meat was so tough. I threw it away. Terrible. I never ask for anything in this place again. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um pão de alho e um executivo de frango no estabelecimento. O pão de alho veio muito bom, já o executivo veio impossível de comer, com problemas na qualidade. O frango veio cheio de osso e junto com vinagrete e um pouco de farofa e além disso veio com alface e tomate que pareciam resto de salada, ambos itens que não estavam listados no produto e os quais eu não pedi. Já o arroz estava remexido e parecia resto. Ao entrar em contato com o estabelecimento imediatamente após o ocorrido, pediram que eu enviasse foto pelo WhatsAp e disseram que me devolveriam o dinheiro pois eu informei que não tinha interesse em outro lanche e iria pedir em outro lugar. Ficaram de trazer o dinheiro aqui pois eu paguei em dinheiro e até o momento ninguém apareceu e não respondem mais.
Além disso o atendimento por telefone foi péssimo.
I ordered a garlic bread and a chicken executive at the establishment. The garlic bread was very good, while the executive was impossible to eat, with quality problems. The chicken came full of bones and along with vinaigrette and a bit of farofa and it also came with lettuce and tomato that looked like leftover salad, both items that were not listed in the product and which I did not order. Already the rice was stirred and looked like leftovers. When contacting the establishment immediately after the event, they asked me to send a photo through WhatsAp and said they would refund me the money because I informed them that I was not interested in another snack and would order elsewhere. They were supposed to bring the money here because I paid in cash and so far no one has shown up and they don't respond anymore.
In addition, the telephone service was terrible.
