★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche demorou 27 min para sair, isso porque só tinha o meu pedido , não oferece gelo, não tinha Coca-Cola ou Coca-Cola Zero, o suco de abacaxi com hortelã, de hortelã não tem nada parece mais pasta de dente sabor menta.... Lastimável....
 The snack took 27 min to leave, that's because I only had my order, it doesn't offer ice, it didn't have Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero, the pineapple juice with mint, mint has nothing more like mint flavored toothpaste .... pitiful ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao estabelecimento como entregador o pedido demorou uma eternidade para ficar pronto, e o pior fui mal atendido, 1estrela apenas pq não tem como dar 0.
I went to the establishment as a delivery man the order took forever to be ready, and the worst was poorly attended, 1 star just because there is no way to give 0.

Só descobri porque fui passar no Extra.Fui conversar com a gerente ela me tratou com desdém. Ainda estou aborrecida deveria ter chamado a polícia.
Today I had a very bad experience, I had a snack at the bobs, I received a fake 20 reais bill.
I only found out why I went to Extra. I went to talk to the manager, she treated me with disdain. I'm still upset I should have called the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns funcionários da cozinha manuseando alimentos sem luvas, cardápio confuso e não possui painel de senha. Essas coisas deveriam der básicas num restaurante do porte do bobs. Pelo menos o lanche é bom
Some kitchen staff handling food without gloves, messy menu and no password panel. These things should be basic in a bobs-sized restaurant. At least the snack is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi meu lanche as 12:47, estava vazio , tinham apenas 3 pessoas na minha frente e peguei meu lanche as 13:15. Uma das atendentes de cozinha não estava nada preocupada com o tempo que estava demorando, enquanto conversava com a colega de caixa. VI apenas 3 funcionrios, e mesmo assim conseguem ser desorganizados na entrega dos perdidos. É um lugar que não volto mais.
Bad service, I ordered my lunch at 12:47, it was empty, there were only 3 people in front of me and I grabbed my snack at 13:15. One of the kitchen attendants was not at all worried about how long she was taking while talking to her cashier. I only saw 3 employees, and yet they can be disorganized in delivering the lost. It's a place I won't be coming back to anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima! O pedido veio errado, veio de outra pessoa, comuniquei e não tive retorno do meu pedido ou uma simples resposta, me entregaram o pedido errado no Uber Eats.
Conclusão: no final fiquei sem o meu pedido e sem resposta.
Não recomendo pra ninguém esse estabelecimento!
My experience was terrible! The order came wrong, it came from someone else, I communicated and I had no return of my order or a simple answer, I was given the wrong order at Uber Eats.
Conclusion: in the end I was left without my request and no response.
I don't recommend this establishment to anyone!

Atendimento ruim, muita fila e as atendentes c a maior indiferença c os clientes, totalmente sem treinamento. Jogou fora o produto pq colocou recheio demais, pareciam.n estar nem aí c nada. Quiosque do Central Plaza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejam bem vindos ao Péssimo atendimento do Bob's do Central Plaza. Viemos ao shopping e íamos comprar no Bob's, porém, descobrimos que o site do "Bob's fã" não está funcionando mas tenho alguns Cupons de Milkshake. Como já ocorreu outra vez em outro local, o gerente nos atendeu super paciente, e conseguimos realizar a compra. Mas aqui no Central, chamaram a gerente quem nem sequer nos deu boa tarde, e chegou falando que "o problema era do site e nosso e que não ia fazer nada!"
A questão não é pelo site ou impossibilidade de comprar com a oferta (que se existe, me dá o DIREITO de usa-lá) e como consumidor não tenho nada a ver com problemas da empresa... mas a falta de profissionalismo e grosseria da gerente é tanta, que me fez vir escrever o review.. trabalho com atendimento e nunca me dei ao luxo de tratar meus cliente de forma grosseira, ridícula como fomos tratados... infelizmente não volto nesse bobs
Welcome to the poor service of Bob's at Central Plaza. We came to the mall and were going to shop at Bob's, however, we found out that the "Bob's fan" site is not working but I have some Milkshake Coupons. As it happened again in another place, the manager was very patient with us, and we were able to make the purchase. But here at Central, they called the manager, who didn't even say good afternoon, and arrived saying that "the problem was with the site and ours and that she wasn't going to do anything!"
The issue is not the website or the impossibility of buying with the offer (which, if it exists, gives me the RIGHT to use it) and as a consumer I have nothing to do with the company's problems... but the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the The manager is so much, that he made me come write the review... I work with customer service and I never had the luxury of treating my clients in a rude, ridiculous way as we were treated... unfortunately I'm not going back on these bobs
