★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo das meninas que ficam de madrugada, fiz um pedido de uma esfiha de kitkat e venho brigadeiro, paguei pelo preço da mais cara e ainda o ser humano me falar que foi “erro” de não avisarem que não tinha KitKat, e não tem revisão antes de mandar o pedido para o cliente? Pq ao invés de fala resolver na hora de devolver o dinheiro ? Algo assim, ainda queria deixar para o próximo o pedido um desconto, nunca mais peço nessa pizzaria, a moça que me atendeu nem soube dialogar com o próprio cliente !!!! Deviam rever os funcionários que trabalham para você !!! Realmente muito triste com essa situação... nunca mais irei fazer pedido nesta pizzaria !
 Terrible service for girls who stay at dawn, I ordered a kitkat esfiha and I come brigadeiro, I paid the price of the most expensive one and still the human being told me that it was "error" of not telling me that I didn't have KitKat, and there isn't review before sending the order to the customer? Why instead of saying resolve when returning the money? Something like that, I still wanted to leave a discount for the next order, I never ask at this pizzeria again, the girl who attended me didn't even know how to talk to her own customer !!!! You should review the employees who work for you!!! Really very sad with this situation... I will never order from this pizzeria again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, porém eles tem 0 higiene, todos os funcionários sem máscara, principalmente os cozinheiros, sem máscara e péssima higiene, reformaram o local mas deveriam mesmo e mudar as atitudes!!
The pizza is good, but they have 0 hygiene, all the employees without masks, especially the cooks, without masks and poor hygiene, remodeled the place but they really should and change their attitudes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é uma delícia, o problema é que fazem um app para facilitar e o app não avisa que tem pedido. Resultado, quase 1h esperando a pizza chegar e nada. Ligo lá e a atendente fala "acabei de ver aqui"
Poxa, se o app não facilita desativa ele e vamos voltar ao telefone, pelo menos não da canseira nas pessoas.
E a atendente ao invés de ser educada ainda fala "a culpa não é minha, é do app"
Devia no mínimo falar que ia informar o responsável para melhorar isso rsrs

The pizza is delicious, the problem is that they make an app to make it easier and the app doesn't let you know that you have an order. Result, almost 1h waiting for the pizza to arrive and nothing. I call there and the operator says "I just saw it here"
Heck, if the app doesn't make it easy, deactivate it and let's go back to the phone, at least not because of people's fatigue.
And the attendant, instead of being polite, still says "it's not my fault, it's the app"
I should at least say that I was going to inform the person in charge to improve this lol
