★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima!! Pessima mesmo!! Não voltariei!! Muita espera desnecessariamente! Se os exames duram tempo definido de 30 a 60min, é perfeitamente possivel marcar um horário pra cada pessoa. Preferem torturar os clientes ordendo por hora de chega. Enquanto escrevo isto já somo 3 horas de espera!
 Terrible experience!! Really bad!! I won't be back!! Too much waiting unnecessarily! If the exams last from 30 to 60 minutes, it is perfectly possible to schedule an appointment for each person. They prefer to torture customers by ordering them by the time they arrive. As I write this, there are already 3 hours of waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não cumprem a data de entrega de exames. Atendentes mal treinadas, sem empatia, nem mesmo qualquer tipo de amabilidade, verdadeiras robôs. Péssimo atendimento e serviço. Ninguém vai à uma clínica dessa a passeio, só se vai por problemas de saúde, então deveriam ter mais cuidado no tratamento e atendimento das pessoas.
Unfortunately, they do not meet the exam delivery date. Poorly trained attendants, without empathy, not even any kind of kindness, true robots. Bad service and service. Nobody goes to a clinic like this on a walk, if only because of health problems, then they should be more careful in treating and caring for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, 4 dias tentando marcar um exame, quando finalmente obtenho resposta pra agendar, avisam que não tem mais dias disponíveis na semana.
Bad service, 4 days trying to schedule an exam, when I finally get an answer to schedule, they tell me that there are no more days available in the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone não e bom. Liguei para saber o resultado do exame do meu pai, disseram que iam passar para o setor de laudos e a ligação caiu. Na internet, marcaram dia 5/10 a partir das 16 horas e não está pronto. Fizemos o exame particular para ter agilidade mas não adianta. Cinco dias para resultado e nada. O pior é o descaso do atendimento. Pedi para falar com um superior e a atendente não me passou. Enfim, não indico a boghos.
Telephone service is not good. I called to find out the results of my father's exam, they said they would go to the reports department and the call dropped. On the internet, they marked 10/5 from 4 pm and it's not ready. We took the private exam to be agile but it's no use. Five days to result and nothing. The worst is the carelessness. I asked to speak to a superior and the attendant didn't give it to me. Anyway, I don't recommend boghos.

Todas as vezes que vim foram ruim, mas essa última tá sendo a pior, ligaram pra mim dizendo que não tinha nenhum paciente para realização de exames e por conta disso, me proporam adiantar o meu, eu vim e quando chego tem várias pessoas esperando e muitas já desistiram, e estão sendo chamadas, e quem realmente estar aqui esperando, não é chamado! Falta de compromisso e de palavra! Não indico a ninguém, só estou ainda eparando por que preciso muito e foi pelo sus, se eu tivesse condições de pagar faria em outro lugar!
Terrible! Every time I came was bad, but this last one is being the worst, they called me saying they didn't have any patients for exams and because of that, they proposed to advance mine, I came and when I arrive there are several people waiting and many have already given up, and are being called, and whoever is really here waiting is not called! Lack of commitment and speech! I don't recommend it to anyone, I'm just still waiting because I really need it and it was because of the sus, if I could afford it, I would do it elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , espero nunca mais precisar ir nessa clínica , cheguei às 09:59 já com encaminhamento em mãos , me atenderam e pediram pra aguardar pra realização do exame , no caso , raio-x . Fico aguardando , porém somente às 11:50 sou informado que meu exame está marcado para às 13:00.
Terrible, I hope I never have to go to that clinic again, I arrived at 09:59 already with the referral in hand, they attended to me and asked me to wait for the exam, in this case, x-ray. I'm waiting, but only at 11:50 am I informed that my exam is scheduled for 1:00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se der para marcar seu exame em outro lugar, marque! Laboratório extremamente desorganizado! As atendentes chegaram umas 07:15, não tinha internet, tivemos que liberar no outro laboratório, na volta colocaram umas 3 pessoas na minha frente que chegaram depois de mim e, pra completar, a máquina ainda quebrou. São 09h de nada ainda! Detalhe: tudo isso em jejum.
