★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM DESSA EMPRESA. Não cumpriram absolutamente nada do que prometeram. Me fizeram ficar esperando por mais de 5x em casa e depois o próprio dono me disse que "ele pode combinar, mas isso não quer dizer que ele vai aparecer" e que se eu ligasse mais uma vez. dele iria demorar ainda mais. Um serviço que era para demorar 2 semanas, demorou 3 meses. E só demorou isso porque fui insistente.
FLOOD FROM THIS COMPANY. They did not deliver on anything they promised. They made me wait for more than 5x at home and then the owner himself told me that "he can match, but that doesn't mean he will show up" and that if I called again. his would take even longer. A service that was supposed to take 2 weeks took 3 months. And it only took that long because I was insistent.

Pontos positivos
1-Atendem o telefone
2-Explicam os atrasos (mesmo que os motivos patéticos)
3-O produto é muito bem acabado
4-Os montadores são simpáticos
Pontos negativos
1-Atraso de um mês para a entrega, e no dia da entrega por conhecidencia eu liguei para perguntar sobre minha entrega e me dissera "está a caminho", achei falta de consideração não ligar com antecedência.
2-Os funcionários, não tem um nível de precisão para nivelar a sinuca, eles ficam dando tacadas para ver se a bola está correndo bem, isso faz com que demore muito para nivelar e o serviço não fica tão bom. (recomendo que usem pé nivelador para evitar esses transtornos).
3- O dono fala com vc parecendo que está fazendo um favor e não que o cliente está comprando. (nada profissional).

Negative points
1-Delay of one month for delivery, and on the day of delivery by acquaintance I called to ask about my delivery and told me "it's on the way", I found it disrespectful not to call in advance.
2-The employees, do not have a level of precision to level the pool, they are putting shots to see if the ball is running well, this makes it take a long time to level and the service is not so good. (I recommend using a leveling foot to avoid these disorders).
3- The owner speaks to you looking like he is doing you a favor and not that the customer is buying. (nothing professional).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa mais uma vez vem pedir desculpas ha víctor abikair, e tenho muita admiração ao seu pai Dr. abikair que foi meu advogado em 1987 da empresa e jamais gostaria que acontecesse este transtorno.
Nosso horário de trabalho é de 07:30 da manha as 17:15 da tarde, a restauração da mesa estava pronta desde a data marcada, mais ficou pendente a retirada das três pedras da sinuca oficial, por ser muito pesadas depende de quatro pessoas e o cliente só poderia atender apos as 19:00 hrs e neste horário ficava impossível de atender, no dia que foi resolvido o horário dentro de nosso expediente foi entregue a mercadoria.
Dentro de 50 anos de empresa nunca tivemos esse tipo de transtorno, jamais deixaria denegrir o nome de uma empresa que já e patrimônio valioso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento antes da compra perfeito! Após comprar já era atendimento insatisfatório não responde o que vc pergunta , não entrega dentro da data combinado ... Tivemos que ir pessoalmente no depósito pra conseguir receber a mercadoria mesmo já com a data de entrega em atraso ,e ainda veio na cor errada .
Os montadores são bem simpáticos .. único ponto positivo após a compra ..
A mesa em si muito boa ! Mais a dor de cabeça e grande ?.

Tudo isso sem minha autorização. É por fim me devolveu a sinuca faltando partes e não não atende o telefone
