Levei um brinquedo que não conseguimos montar para troca, mas lá fui informada que o brinquedo não poderia ser trocado, pois já havia ocorrido uma primeira troca. Fiquei quase 1 hora na loja com o vendedor tentando montar um brinquedo destinado para uma criança de 6 anos, que entendesse que seria fácil de fazer, mas uma hora conseguia montar outra hora não mais, mesmo eu questionando como um menino de 6 anos faria isso, já que nem os adultos conseguiram, mas o dono foi bem intransigente informando que não trocaria. Resumindo, estou com um brinquedo que foi gasto 135,00 e que soltou a parte de baixo, um dos encaixes e não conseguimos utilizá-lo como deveria, pois não para no lugar. Nunca mais volto nessa loja e muito menos indico!
 Bad service from the owners! I took a toy that we were unable to assemble for exchange, but there I was informed that the toy could not be exchanged, as a first exchange had already occurred. I spent almost 1 hour in the store with the salesman trying to assemble a toy intended for a 6 year old child, who understood that it would be easy to make, but an hour I could assemble another time no more, even though I questioned how a 6 year old boy would do it , since neither the adults succeeded, but the owner was very uncompromising, stating that he would not change. In short, I have a toy that was spent 135.00 and that loosened the bottom part, one of the inserts and we were unable to use it as it should, as it does not stop in place. I'll never go back to that store, let alone indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, deixaram de me vender por não compartillhar o sinal de internet. O meu aparelho mostrava que tinha internet, mas eles se negaram a compartilhar... Como o shopping é subterraneo, o sinal da operadora não pega, mas os vendedores preferem perder uma venda de 189,00 com o brinqiedo a ter que conpartilhat o sinal da internet da loja. Conclusão, comprei o mesmo brinquedo em outra loja. A internet deve estar muito cara para eles.

As the mall is underground, the operator's signal doesn't work, but sellers prefer to lose a sale of 189.00 with the toy rather than having to share the signal of the store's internet. Conclusion, I bought the same toy at another store. The internet must be too expensive for them.
