★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz tempo que a Bolo e Bolo não serve um bolo caseiro de qualidade. Apesar do seu nome, o negócio não vai bem quando se trata de bolo. Seja na compra local ou no ifood as expectativas são muitas, mas o sabor, não é legal! Além da qualidade baixa, é sem recheio ou cobertura como nas fotos divulgadas. Propaganda enganosa é crime!
Além da falta de higiene, com os balcões cheios de moscas sobre a comida, imagina lá dentro como não deve ser?!
Durante a pandemia, das vezes que fui lá para comprar pão, TODAS as vezes vi pessoas SEM MÁSCARA no local, até mesmo os funcionários!
Bolo e Bolo has not served a quality homemade cake in a long time. Despite its name, the business is not going well when it comes to cake. Whether buying locally or ifood, expectations are many, but the taste is not cool! In addition to the low quality, it is without filling or coverage as in the photos published. Misleading advertising is a crime!
In addition to the lack of hygiene, with the counters full of flies on the food, imagine inside it how it shouldn't be ?!
During the pandemic, the times I went there to buy bread, EVERY time I saw people WITHOUT MASK in the place, even the employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tinha uma moça no balcão que tava no celular, cheguei falei boa noite e ela nem respondeu, continuou no celular. Um rapaz chegou e perguntou o que eu queria. Em seguida, uma outra atendente apareceu e me atendeu. Enfim, uma confusão. Se a pessoa não é atendente, ela não deve ficar no balcão porque os clientes vão chegar e vão querer ser atendidos.
Além de tudo, ainda tinha funcionários sem máscaras. Lamentável. E eu não sou a única pessoa que reclama por mal atendimento.
Terrible attendance. There was a girl at the counter who was on her cell phone, I arrived and said good night and she didn't even answer, she continued on her cell phone. A guy arrived and asked what I wanted. Then another attendant appeared and answered me. Anyway, a mess. If the person is not an attendant, he should not be at the counter because customers will arrive and will want to be served.
On top of that, it still had employees without masks. Unfortunate. And I'm not the only person who complains about poor service.

Não entregaram meu bolo entrei e contato pelo aplicativo e recebi um "desculpe tivemos um problema mais seu pedido já está a caminho" a caminho uma ova, o pedido deu como concluído até mandei uma mensagem dizendo que iria ao local pra Darem um jeito de devolver meu dinheiro mais não consegui ir hoje, mais assim como em outros locais que comprei pelo app quando o pedido não dá certo eles avisam e fazem o extorno do dinheiro, qual a dificuldade de fazerem isso tbm.
O endereço que coloquei pra entregar é complicado mais ainda sim dei mais informações pelo chat para facilitar e mesmo assim não recebi.

My cake was not delivered. I entered and contacted via the app and received a "sorry we had a problem but your order is already on its way" on the way a hellu, the order was completed until I sent a message saying I would go to the site to find a way to return my money but I couldn't go today, but like in other places I bought through the app, when the order doesn't work out, they let you know and pay back the money, how difficult is it to do that too.
The address I put to deliver is complicated but I still gave more information through the chat to make it easier and even so I didn't receive it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solocitei um pedido hoje pelo Ifood, com 3 bolos, me entregaram apenas 1 bolo, e ja abri reclamação pelo Ifood ( que foi encerrada pela empresa sem retorno) e o contato do Whatsapp visualizam e não respondem. Atendimento pessimo, não comprem!!!
O telefone informado, estou ligando desde as 9hrs da manhã de sexta e ninguem responde. Em anexo a reclamação que fiz pelo chat do ifood, pedido 3155, nem sequer responderam e finalizaram o chat! Mesma coisa no contato por whats up, visualizam e não respondem. Só confirma o péssimo atendimento.
I requested an order today for Ifood, with 3 cakes, they gave me only 1 cake, and I have already opened a complaint for Ifood (which was closed by the company with no return) and the whatsapp contact see and do not respond. Terrible service, don't buy!!!
The phone number informed, I've been calling since 9 am on Friday and no one answers. Attached to the complaint I made through the ifood chat, request 3155, they didn't even respond and ended the chat! Same thing in contact by whats up, they see and don't respond. It just confirms the bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, o bolo chegou totalmente destruído, e seria um presente!! Se não tem como entregar,avisa !! Seja no mínimo honesto com quem compra, e quer o produto como vê exposto, tentei contato com o ifood e com a loja e não tive retorno!!
