Porém no dia 14/08/2019 fui até a loja comprei um bolo com pudim para fazer uma supresa para a minha esposa e sua mãe q vinha nos visitar e tive a maior decepção.
O bolo estava cheirando a ovo sem condições de comer.
Voltei a loja e não quiseram trocar, perdi o bolo mais também não volto mais lá e não recomendo ?.
A super pudding cake ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chateada, as lojas só cortam 2 bolos por dia não deixando que a gente escolha o sabor que queremos. Se não quer vender bolo em fatias super entendo mas por 3x fui na loja da Barão do Rio Branco e a atende se recusou a cortar porque disse que não podia. Que já tinha sido cortado a quantidade de bolo fatiado do dia. Ninguém merece.
Upset, the stores only cut 2 cakes a day not letting us choose the flavor we want. If you don't want to sell sliced cake I understand but for 3x I went to the Barão do Rio Branco store and the attendant refused to cut because she said she couldn't. That had already been cut the amount of sliced cake of the day. Nobody deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bolo é muito bom, mas a atendente da loja Floriano Peixoto é muito antipática, nunca eesponde com atenção e simpatia, tiraram uma moça e que é super simpática.
Por três vezes deixei de comprar pq a senhora encerra o recebimento por cartões, hoje cheguei uma hora antes de fechar e já não vendia no cartão, preferem deixar o bolo para o dia seguinte ou até para segunda como foi o caso de hoje.
Desisto de comprar nessa loja, porque nós clientes gostamos de ser tratados com delicadeza e não cara feia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um bolo para pegar na loja que fica na Pedro I e chegando lá a atendente informa que não tinha, sendo que havia entrado em contato e confirmaram.
Já em uma outra ocasião já havia pago o bolo, passei só para pegar e a atendente só faltou tomar o bolo das minhas mãos falando que não havia pago!
Tudo bem que faltou comunicação entre quem me atendeu no wpp e quem fica atendendo na frente e entregando as encomendas, mas a pessoa não se dispor a perguntar de forma educada se já havia pago, por qual meio e ir logo falando: Você não pagou de forma. De forma deselegante.
Falta comunicação e educação por parte de alguns funcionários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que comprei um bolo mole, estava uma delícia, então por isso continuei comprando... Até que hoje fui comprar novamente, e lógico que sei quando um bolo é feito com leite, o que não foi o caso do que eu comprei. Muito decepcionante, o bolo até "roxo" está, e o gosto horrível! Na verdade, não tem gosto de bolo, horrível mesmo! Perdeu uma cliente, porque eu não irei mais comprar bolo com o gosto do que veio hoje, chega a ser revoltante, até um bolo de supermercado é melhor.
Obs: fizeram a massa com água, dá para ver se longe um bolo feito com água, ele fica escuro, é voltante!
