★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bolo tapioca de coco é horrível: massa extremamente dura e sem o mínimo gosto de coco, gosto de nada. Precisei jogá-lo fora, e não paguei barato. Não peça por este!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos 10 minutos antes da loja abrir e ficamos na porta. Total falta de cordialidade em apenas informar que não estava na hora de abrir.
Quando abriu, perguntamos se tinha mais algum bolo além do que estava na prateleira. A resposta foi: só tem o que você está vendo na loja (que se resumia a um bolo de cenoura do dia anterior).
Fomos em outra loja poucos metros à frente, onde tinha bolo quentinho e bom atendimento.
Sou cliente da franquia há muito tempo, mas não tive boa experiência nessa loja.
We arrived 10 minutes before the store opened and stood at the door. Total lack of cordiality in just informing that it was not time to open.
When it opened, we asked if there was any more cake than what was on the shelf. The answer was: there's only what you're seeing in the store (which boils down to a carrot cake from the day before).
We went in another store a few meters ahead, where it had hot cake and good service.
I have been a franchise customer for a long time, but I have not had good experience in this store.

Frozen and wrong flavor, that's how I got my order, and the product description didn't say it was frozen. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Pedi um bolo de aniversário e o mesmo chegou todo deformado, grudado nas laterais e na parte de cima da embalagem. O pior foi o atendimento que recebi, no dia falaram que infelizmente as entregas já tinham encerrado, e que no dia seguinte falariam com a gerente da loja e me dariam retorno pela manhã. Fiquei aguardando até o horário do almoço, horário no qual sinalizei que iria cantar os parabéns, e ao mandar uma mensagem "agradecendo" pelo retorno que não tive, a resposta que recebi foi que o combinado era eu avisar se iria querer ou não um outro bolo.. Mesmo com todo o histórico de mensagens tiveram a coragem de falar uma mentira dessas. Está empresa não se empenha em resolver o problema do cliente, posterga a solução e distorce as informações. Toda a conversa foi salva e estou divulgando para que todos saibam a falta de preparo dos atendentes e gerente dessa loja.. Não recomendo!
Bad experience. I ordered a birthday cake and it arrived all deformed, stuck to the sides and top of the package. The worst thing was the service I received, on the day they said that unfortunately the deliveries had already ended, and that the next day they would speak to the store manager and return me in the morning. I waited until lunchtime, at which time I signaled that I would sing congratulations, and when I sent a "thank you" message for the feedback I didn't get, the answer I got was that I agreed to let me know if I'd want another one or not cake .. Even with all the history of messages had the courage to speak such a lie. This company is not committed to solving the customer's problem, it postpones the solution and distorts the information. The entire conversation was saved and I'm publicizing it so that everyone knows the lack of preparation of the attendants and manager of this store.. I don't recommend it!
