★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido ontem que chegou com 1h30 de atraso e os salgados chegaram frios.
As mensagens no WhatsApp não eram respondidas e tive que ligar lá e eles falaram que estavam esperando o motoboy chegar, já tinha passado mais de 1 hora. Acredito que eles poderiam ao menos mandar uma mensagem ou ligar avisando que iria atrasar.
Falta de organização por parte da empresa e minha sugestão é que invistam mais no setor de entregas.
 I placed an order yesterday that arrived 1:30 am late and the snacks arrived cold.
The messages on WhatsApp were not answered and I had to call there and they said they were waiting for the courier to arrive, it had already been over an hour. I believe they could at least text or call to let you know you would be late.
Lack of organization on the part of the company and my suggestion is that they invest more in the delivery sector.

Yesterday I bought a 1 kg cake dr puff pastry with strawberry, I thought it was simply wonderful and at a fair price. I ordered through the website in the morning and the delivery was made in the afternoon, on schedule. Me and my family love it. Congratulations on the quality, keep it that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,todo ano comprava kit para o aniversário da minha filha,mas esse ano foi horrível. Combinei com a moça a entrega às 18 hs chegou às 18:50 porque era festa surpresa e de surpresa não teve nada,pq ela chegou antes do kit festa. Conclusão entrega fora do padrão,salgadinhos sem condições, croquete queimado,demais salgadinhos parecendo que fritaram em óleo reaproveitado,chegaram frio,murchus.
Olha último ano de kit Mix na minha casa. Infelizmente deixou a desejar.
Badly, every year I bought a kit for my daughter's birthday, but this year it was horrible. I agreed with the girl that the delivery at 6 pm arrived at 6:50 pm because it was a surprise party and there was nothing as a surprise, because she arrived before the party kit. Conclusion delivery non-standard, snacks without conditions, burnt croquette, other snacks looking like they were fried in reused oil, arrived cold, wilted.
Look at last year of Mix kit at my house. Unfortunately it left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embalagem e atendimento ok, salgadinhos é bom, porém o principal que é o bolo deixou muito a desejar, bolo seco e o chocolate de baixa qualidade, e o recheio sensação totalmente artificial, parecia bolo de supermercado, pelo preço esperava um produto bom.
Packaging and service ok, snacks are good, but the main thing is the cake left a lot to be desired, dry cake and low quality chocolate, and the filling feeling totally artificial, it looked like supermarket cake, for the price I expected a good product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um kit pra hj. Porém veio errado. Brigadeiro de churros não veio. Veio brigadeiro normal. E o bolo a parte de cima estava visívelmente seco. Ruim não estava. Mas deveriam prestar mais atenção.
I ordered a kit for today. But it came wrong. Churros Brigadeiro did not come. Normal brigadier came. And the cake on top was visibly dry. Bad was not. But they should pay more attention.

Resultado chegou as 17h35 era uma surpresa e o aniversáriante foi surpreendido em ter que receber e pagar pelo bolo, afinal eu ainda não havia chego. E olha a condição do bolo, destruido. Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e a unica resposta que tive que eles sentiam muito pelo ocorrido. Palhaçada com a cara do cliente!!!!!
Bad experience! I placed an order for a cake yesterday and arranged to deliver it at 6 pm as it was the time I get home from work. The result arrived at 5:35 pm, it was a surprise and the birthday boy was surprised to have to receive and pay for the cake, after all I hadn't arrived yet. And look at the condition of the cake, destroyed. I got in touch through WhatsApp and the only answer I got was that they were sorry for what happened. Clowning with the customer's face!!!!!
