Provei o bolo gelado e achei ótimo.
A torta de frango é diferente de outros lugares, é bem molhadinha, recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando era uma lojinha era excelente, daí cresceu, pegou fama e além da qualidade dos bolos diminuírem (o tamanho nem fale!), pedi um bolo que diziam entregar em 10 a 15 minutos e demoraram quase 50 para entregar! Isso pq moro a 5 minutos do local de moto!
When it was a little shop, it was excellent, then it grew, gained fame and in addition to the quality of the cakes decreasing (the size doesn't even mention!), I ordered a cake that they said delivered in 10 to 15 minutes and took almost 50 to deliver! That's because I live 5 minutes from the motorcycle location!

I've been a customer of the Bolos de Família store since they started, my family and I really like the cakes, we always vary in flavors. We seek in store or order at Ifood, they deliver on schedule, that is in up to 50 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento... Passaram o valor de R$15,90 para o bolo, pedimos 2 no dia anterior, por telefone.
Na hora de pagar a atendente disse que tinha subido naquele dia para R$20,00. Tentei argumentar, e ela chamou o dono, que ao invés de concordar comigo,culpou a funcionária nova.
Ainda tentei explicar que deveria ter dado treinamento e retirar os panfletos velhos, e que por telefone no dia anterior tinha sido passado outros preços.
Resumindo, o nome "família", do negócio deveria ser retirado, pois não há nada de família ali, é só negócio.
Me senti enganado e ainda tive que ficar discutindo quase 15 minutos com o dono, por causa de R$3,80. Dei de gorjeta para a funcionária pois fiquei com receio de ser descontado do salário dela.
Imagino quais ingredientes baratos o dono não usa, se gastou 15 minutos do dia dele e do meu, me expondo para outros clientes inclusive, por apenas R$3,80 e ainda sem razão.
Lamentável.
Moro em um condomínio de 160 famílias e , no grupo, pretendo alertar a todos , desta situação.
R$3,80 não vale o meu caráter... honestidade é tudo.
Só dou uma estrela, pois não dá para dar "zero".
Tenho a conversa gravada, sobre o valor acertado um dia antes.
Bad service... They spent the amount of R$15.90 for the cake, we ordered 2 the day before, over the phone.
When it was time to pay, the attendant said that it had risen that day to R$20.00. I tried to argue, and she called the owner, who instead of agreeing with me, blamed the new employee.
I still tried to explain that I should have given training and removed the old pamphlets, and that other prices had been given over the phone the day before.
In short, the name "family" from the business should be removed, because there is no family there, it's just business.
I felt cheated and I still had to argue with the owner for almost 15 minutes, because of R$3.80. I tipped the employee because I was afraid of being deducted from her salary.
I wonder what cheap ingredients the owner doesn't use, if he spent 15 minutes of his day and mine, exposing me to other customers, including, for only R$3.80 and still no reason.
Unfortunate.
I live in a condominium of 160 families and, in the group, I intend to warn everyone about this situation.
R$3.80 is not worth my character... honesty is everything.
I only give one star because I can't give "zero".
I have the conversation recorded, about the amount agreed the day before.
