★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente super sem educação. Jogou o picolé que pedi, com o maior desprezo e falta de cuidado. Já fui antes e adorava, inclusive colocavam água pra minha cachorra, dessa última vez... Foi a última para nunca mais.
 Super uneducated attendant. He threw the popsicle I asked for, with the utmost contempt and carelessness. I've been before and I loved it, they even put water for my dog, this last time... It was the last time ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que a experiência poderia ter sido um pouco melhor em relação ao atendimento, já foi melhor, a senhora teve que sair do caixa para atender lá no balcão pois estava bem movimentado, e ela parecia estar mal humorada. Vc diz "obrigada" ela ignora. Vc diz "vc pode pegar mais dois picolés desse pra mim por favor?" e ela pega e joga o picolé no balcão sem nem olhar na sua cara. Achei bem estranho, estresse todo mundo tem no trabalho, mas o cliente não tem culpa né, enfim..
I confess that the experience could have been a little better in relation to the service, it was already better, the lady had to leave the cashier to serve at the counter because it was very busy, and she seemed to be in a bad mood. You say "thank you" she ignores it. You say "can you get me two more popsicles for me please?" and she picks it up and throws the popsicle on the counter without even looking at your face. I found it very strange, everyone has stress at work, but it's not the client's fault, anyway..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dei 5 estrelas por conta do último atendimento que tive lá. Sou cliente dessa sorveteria desde quando funcionava no Bom Clima com o Sr. Vicente e D. Regina ( sempre atenciosos ) . Depois ela foi para a Rua São Mateus e por último Padre Café. Sempre apreciei os sorvetes de lá e sempre fui com amigos e familiares.
Ano passado estive lá e qdo fui pagar no débito a funcionária falou q só estavam aceitando dinheiro ou pix e apontou para o vidro mostrando o aviso. Gente, nem todo mundo entra na loja e fica vendo o que está escrito no vidro lateral. Deveriam ter colocado o aviso então em um lugar bem estratégico. Enfim, fiz o pix, mas me senti constrangida, se eu não tivesse o pix ? Ia deixar o sorvete no balcão? Depois disso não senti mais vontade de voltar lá depois de tanto tempo como cliente e indicando para várias pessoas confesso que me frustrei. Os sorvetes são bons? Sim Caros? Muito, mas pra mim valia a pena , hoje já não mais.
I didn't give 5 stars because of the last service I had there. I've been a customer of this ice cream shop since when it worked in Bom Clima with Mr. Vicente and D. Regina (always attentive). Then she went to Rua São Mateus and finally to Padre Café. I have always enjoyed the ice cream there and have always gone with friends and family.
Last year I was there and when I went to pay the debit the employee said they were only accepting cash or pix and pointed to the glass showing the warning. Guys, not everyone enters the store and sees what is written on the side window. They should have placed the notice then in a very strategic place. Anyway, I did the pix, but I felt embarrassed, if I didn't have the pix? Was he going to leave the ice cream on the counter? After that I didn't feel like going back there after so long as a customer and recommending it to several people I confess that I was frustrated. Are ice creams good? Yes Dear? A lot, but for me it was worth it, today not anymore.
