★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 15.09.19, em torno de 19:00 hs fui à Sorveteria da Av. Pres. Itamar Franco para comprar assaí e não fui atendido. Duas funcionárias limpando utensílios e a do caixa falava em um celular e assim permaneceu mesmo sendo chamada. Fui a outra sorveteria. Péssimo atendimento
 Today, 15.09.19, around 19:00 pm I went to the Ice Cream Shop of Av. Pres. Itamar Franco to buy assaí and I was not attended. Two clerks cleaning utensils and the cashier spoke on a cell phone and so remained even being called. I went to another ice cream parlor. Terrible attendance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem cascão nem cestinha, a cobertura de chocolate derretido era velha com gosto de queimado e as atendentes não são educadas tratam com desdém. Pedimos um copo menor ela não quis dar e a outra nem me esperou tirar a carteira do bolso e já foi perguntando se íamos pagar, fiquei chocado. Completamente diferente da Sol e Neve da Moraes e Castro (Alto dos Passos) onde lá sim tem variedade e educação dos atendente.
It has no smudge or basket, the melted chocolate cover was old with a burnt taste and the attendants are not polite and treat it with disdain. We asked for a smaller glass, she didn't want to give it and the other didn't even wait for me to take the wallet out of her pocket and was already asking if we were going to pay, I was shocked. Completely different from Sol e Neve da Moraes e Castro (Alto dos Passos) where there is variety and attendant education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando uma das atendentes q tem toque com limpeza mais se esqueceu q trabalha em um ambiente público, e exagerava nas caras e bocas q fazia quando alguem pisava no piso q ela estava passando o esfregão. Entendo ela por tbm sou assim, mais na minha casa e com a minha família, temos q saber diferencia o ambiente q estamos, pq ali na pisava de propósito pra ela ter aquele tipo de reação, a pessoa só entrava pra comprar e saia simples, se bem q eu acho q a vontade dela era q a pessoa ficasse na porta espera do o chão secar pra entrar ou q fizesse o pedido da porta ??♀️ mto sem noção, a vontade q deu foi de ir embora na hora q ela me mandou da a volta quase q por fora da loja só pra não pisar onde ela estava passando o esfregão, só não fui pq já estava lá com meus sobrinhos ansiosos pelo sorvete e eles não iam entender nada.. mais fica a dica para a nossa coleguinha colaboradora sem noção q essas neuroses com limpeza a gnt não pode ter no local de trabalho não, principalmente se lidamos com público. No mais.. amo a Sol e Neve e suas instalações! Essa situação específica e nessa loja na Itamar Franco foi a primeira situação chata q tive.
Except for one of the attendants who has a touch with cleanliness, she forgot to work in a public environment, and exaggerated the faces and mouths she did when someone stepped on the floor when she was mopping. I understand her by tbm I am like this, more in my house and with my family, we have to know how to differentiate the environment we are in, because there was no step on purpose for her to have that kind of reaction, the person would only come in to buy and leave simple, although I think her will was for the person to stay at the door waiting for the floor to dry to enter or q to order the door ??♀️ very clueless, the urge I gave was to leave at the time she sent me I almost went around outside the store just so I wouldn't step on where she was mopping, I just didn't go because I was already there with my nephews eager for ice cream and they wouldn't understand anything. no idea q these neuroses with cleanliness gnt can not have in the workplace, especially if we deal with the public. In the most .. I love the Sun and Snow and its facilities! This specific situation and in this store at Itamar Franco was the first boring situation I had.
