30 minutos esperando 3 pastéis, e a atendente ainda faz cara feia por perguntar o que aconteceu por causa da demora, pastel oleoso, não recomendo a ninguém.

Lugar abafado e apertado. Demorei 40 min com uma senha na mão e saí de lá sem ser atendido. O cinismo blasé da atendente é de revoltar. A máquina de lembrancinhas para crianças estava quebrada e, ao reclamar, a atendente debochadamente falou q a máquina não era de sua responsabilidade. Fiquei sem o brinde, sem a moeda, sem o pastel e com a criança triste. Lugar horroroso, indicado apenas para inimigos...

Primeiro pedido, demorou 1.10h para entregar e é proximo ao local . Ontem pedi pastéis pelo zap, depois de 30min. perguntei se ainda ia demorar. Resposta: já saiu. Perguntei a que horas, não respondeu disse que ia entrar em contato com o entregardor e simplesmente não respondeu mais nem mesmo atendeu o telefone, como se eu estivesse pedindo algum favor, falta de respeito ao cliente. O pastel é gostoso? É sim, mas o atendimento péssimo. Penso que o cliente deva ser informado do tempo de demora. Simples assim.

Estive no local numa quarta feira ás 21h,fiz o pedido e fiquei 1h e 40 minutos aguardando para levar 4 pastéis. Chegando em casa os pastéis trocado e faltando 1. Liguei para efetuar a troca e o pastel que falta, o Sr° perguntou se eu ia buscar,Claro que não! Quero entrega! Segue aguardando a entrega . Clientes que chegaram depois de mim foram servidos primeiro. Falta de respeito com o cliente,nem precisa comentar o atendimento.

A massa do pastel é muito boa, parece feita de forno :o E possui bastante variedade de sabores. Acho que só pra ficar 100% o presunto poderia vir ralado e com orégano ???

Foi horrível. Comprei dois lanches de hambúrguer artesanal e depois de esperar uma hora e meia desisti pois não tinham preparado meu lanche. Sendo que tinham pessoas que compraram depois e foram atendidos.MUITO DESIRGANIZADOS.HORRÍVEL.
