Porém eles alteram os planos e não comunicam o cliente, têm época que eles não mandam o carne para pagamento, aí eles cortam a internet do cliente sem antes entrar em contato e ainda por cima cobra juros e multa, nós que somos clientes reclamam com a empresa e eles nos tratam como se fossemos descartáveis. É assim que começa uma decadência de empresas. Fora que ultimamente a conexão não têm sido estável. Essa opinião não é só minha, é de vários clientes com quem eu tenho conversado.
 Technical support is good. However, they change the plans and do not communicate the customer, there are times when they do not send the meat for payment, then they cut the customer’s internet without first contacting them and, on top of that, charge interest and a fine, we who are customers complain to the company and they treat us as if we were disposable. This is how a company decay begins. The connection has not been stable lately. This opinion is not just mine, it is of several clients with whom I have spoken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência com provedor de Internet possível, estou de mudança para Cidade e solicitei uma visita ao técnico para averiguar a viabilidade da Internet no local. Após erro da equipe técnica de atestarem que não atendiam minha rua (pasmem, todos os meus vizinhos a usam), consegui uma nova vistoria e após meu questionamento eles magicamente conseguiram viabilidade para meu endereço. Fiz 4 ligações para fazer a contratação após o aval do técnico, e fiquei na espera para simplesmente ser direcionada ao setor de contratação. Na hora de contratar me informaram que não tinham equipamento para o serviço e que não tinham uma previsão para me passar.
Worst experience with Internet service provider possible, I am moving to Cidade and requested a visit to the technician to check the viability of the Internet on site. After a mistake by the technical team to certify that they did not serve my street (amazingly, all my neighbors use it), I got a new inspection and after my questioning they magically achieved viability for my address. I made 4 calls to make the hiring after the endorsement of the technician, and I was waiting to simply be directed to the hiring sector. At the time of hiring, they informed me that they had no equipment for the service and that they did not have a forecast to pass me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago R$ 91,00 por um plano que vive oscilando. Já pedi várias visitas, e ainda não consigo ter uma internet estável. E para piorar, pedi mais uma visita técnica, e fui informado que poderia gerar uma taxa pela visita, caso não fosse problema técnico. Uma piada, não sou técnico... não tenho como avaliar se o problema é meu ou da operadora. Mas como consumidor digo que não recebo uma internet estável. Sempre cai e fica extremamente ruim. Vou pesquisar sobre outras operadoras, e possivelmente rescindir meu contato com vcs.

Mando msg, falam só pra desligar e ligar o roteador.Fiz e continuou sem internet, mandei os dados q pediram e nada..Fui perguntar se o técnico viria hj, disseram q n sabem da agenda deles nem horário. Como que a empresa que coordena os técnicos não sabe da agenda do mesmo??
Não faz sentido, o roteador fica parado imóvel, pago as contas com antecedência e ainda assim fico sem internet. Sem prazo de qual dia e hora o técnico vai ligar pra agendar o horário! PRECISO DE INTERNET
