Mas a comida não é boa. É bastante sem graça. E a salada que pedi não consegui comer porque tinha gosto de salada podre.
The service is good and fast.
But the food is not good. It is quite bland. And the salad I ordered I couldn't eat because it tasted like rotten salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teoricamente é um local especializado em grelhados, mas o ponto e a textura das carnes deixa muito a desejar. Bom para ser um fast food mas ruim para ser um local especializado em carnes.
Theoretically it is a grill place, but the point and texture of the meat leaves much to be desired. Good to be a fast food but bad to be a place that specializes in meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior refeição que já tive, para o porte do shopping é extremamente decepcionante, comida sem sabor, parmegiana com frango cru e molho ácido, puro extrato de tomate, direto da lata, não recomendo!
Worst meal I've ever had, for the size of the mall it is extremely disappointing, food without flavor, parmigiana with raw chicken and acid sauce, pure tomato extract, straight from the can, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fui jantar ontem e recebi um caldo de espinafre no prato ao invés de um creme...e o filé a milanesa era um torrão a milanesa...não consegui comer meu prato...não está a altura das outras franquias.
Terrible! I went to dinner yesterday and got a spinach broth on the plate instead of a cream ... and the breaded filet was a breaded lump ... I couldn't eat my plate ... it's not up to the other franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima comida e atendimento. Tive que voltar no balcão para perguntar quanto iria demorar e o cozinheiro não tinha recebido o meu pedido. Ele precisou pegar o meu cupom fiscal para então começar o preparo. Evitem. Tem outras boas opções de comida no shopping onde você será melhor atendido.
Poor food and service. I had to go back to the counter to ask how long it would take and the cook had not received my order. He had to get my tax coupon to start the preparation. Avoid it. There are other good food options at the mall where you will be better served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a sugestão do dia, fiquei esperando na frente do restaurante para pegar o pedido. Fizeram o prato em 5 min e deixaram na passagem para servir e chamar pela senha. Deixaram o prato parado por mais de 15 min nessa passagem sem dar nenhum tipo de satisfação, passados já mais de 20 min me chamam e dizem: "seu prato tá aqui senhor", como se eu fosse idiota e não tivesse visto. Comida totalmente gelada, fui fazer a reclamação e demoraram mais 20 min para preparem outro prato com uma comida horrível. Total descaso com o consumidor, em nenhum momento pediram desculpas, ou relataram qualquer tipo de incapacidade técnica no momento. Pior restaurante que provei no shopping, com um preço salgado pelo atendimento e comida medíocre. Com certeza nunca mais voltarei e farei questão de não deixar ninguém conhecido passar por esse experiência horrível também.
I asked for the suggestion of the day, I was waiting in front of the restaurant to take the order. They made the dish in 5 min and left in the passage to serve and call by password. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baby bife duro, feito em chapa suja . Gosto de amarga. Feijao com gosto de 2 dias . Batata fritas encharcada no óleo . Um promocional ruim. Avaliando todos os restaurantes do shopping pátio paulista eu dou nota 3 pela qualidade do arroz apenas.
Baby hard steak, made in dirty plate. I like bitter. Beans with taste of 2 days. Potato chips soaked in oil. A bad promotional. Evaluating all the restaurants in the shopping mall in São Paulo, I rate it 3 for the quality of the rice only.
