★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou inconformada como a qualidade caiu, o recheio muito fraco, pedi carpaccio com rúcula e não dava para ver o carpaccio, nada como na foto e nada como era antes, muito pouco recheio além do molho Extra que pedi vir nem pela metade do potinho. Inconformada como diminuíram tudo e preço continua o mesmo. Hoje já não vale mais como uma refeição e sim um pequeno lanche
I am not satisfied with how the quality fell, the filling was very weak, I ordered carpaccio with arugula and I couldn't see the carpaccio, nothing like in the photo and nothing as it was before, very little filling besides the Extra sauce that I ordered not even half of the pot. Unhappy with how everything has decreased and the price remains the same. Today it’s no longer worth a meal but a small snack

First time I order at a restaurant through Ifood and the experience couldn't be worse!
TOTAL NEGLECT!!!! I ASKED AT THE SHOPPING BOURBON FRANCHISE, AND IN ADDITION TO NOT CONFIRMING THE ORDER, THEY DID NOT LET ME CANCEL. WHY THE STORE MUST AUTHORIZE. I STAYED FOR 2 HOURS TRYING TO CANCEL, I CALLED THE SHOPPING BOURBON STORE NO ONE ANSWERED, I STAYED WITHOUT DINNER, A $150.00 ORDER AND NOTHING. UNTIL NOW I AM WAITING FOR THE STORE TO CANCEL THE ORDER BY THE APP WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED. RIDICULOUS IN BRIEF. lousy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery não presta... telefones no site não existem. No site do shopping JK nem existe a loja. Fiz um pedido e o motoqueiro fez um desvio de quase 15min... não recomendo pedir nunca desta loja! Chat do ifood nem responde.
Delivery sucks... phone numbers on the website don't exist. On the JK mall website there is not even a store. I placed an order and the biker took a detour of almost 15min... I never recommend ordering from this store! ifood chat doesn't even respond.

Fazem questão de diferenciar classe social.
Humilhante e simplesmente decepcionante.
First and last time I go to this place.
They treat motoboys like dogs, remembering that they were the right and left arms of the restaurants.
They make a point of differentiating social class.
