★ ★ ★ ★ ★ um lixo de atendimento, fiz o pedido depois de duas horas eu falei que o pedido não chegou ela me falou que a moto do motoboy quebrou, tinhas duas motos mais as duas tinha quebrado!!!! se eu não questione a demora estava esperando ategora chega essa pitzza! sem fala que estava com visita!
a garbage service, I placed the order after two hours I said that the order did not arrive, she told me that the motoboy's motorcycle broke down, there were two motorcycles, but both had broken!!!! if I don't question the delay I was waiting until now this pitzza arrives! without saying that I was with a visitor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que tenha mudado a direção da pizzaria. Sou cliente a 4 anos NUNCA havia tido problema com nada.
Hoje fiz o pedido, ele veio errado, eu liguei expliquei e solicitei a troca, a atendente disse que mandaria a pizza correta.
Passados 40 min, liguei novamente questionando e o rapaz que me atendeu disse que NÃO SERIA FEITA A TROCA PQ EU CONFUNDI OS SABORES.
Quando eu questionei o rapaz ainda foi enfático dizendo que o erro foi meu, e que por essa razão não seria efetuada a troca.
Fiquei extremamente irritada, disse que sou cliente há 4 anos, nunca tive problema que achava um absurdo isso. E falei que iria até a pizzaria pessoalmente para resolver.
Depois de ver que eu estava mto brava eles decidiram trocar.
Porém já se passaram 30 min e nada até agora.
Absurdo, horrível, péssimo. Melhor recontratar a equipe antiga.
I believe it has changed the direction of the pizzeria. I've been a customer for 4 years and I've never had a problem with anything.
Today I made the order, it came wrong, I called, explained and requested the exchange, the attendant said she would send the correct pizza.
After 40 minutes, I called again asking and the guy who answered me said that THE EXCHANGE WOULD NOT BE MADE BECAUSE I CONFUSED THE FLAVORS.
When I questioned the boy he was still emphatic saying that the mistake was mine, and that for that reason the exchange would not be carried out.
I was extremely irritated, I said I've been a customer for 4 years, I've never had a problem that I thought it was absurd. And I said I would go to the pizzeria in person to sort it out.
After seeing that I was very angry they decided to change.
But 30 minutes have passed and nothing so far.
Absurd, horrible, awful. Better to rehire the old team.
