Eu vi o post do meu cunhado Tiago referente a insatisfação na entrega, eu que solicitei, liguei e mesmo assim a pizza veio errada, foram três vezes o erro, e o pior ao invés de vc mandarem outra como forma de desculpa, querem trocar, tenha santa paciência, qdo um cliente liga e fala da sua insatisfação, vc precisam tomar as atitudes devidas.
Lamentável a forma de trabalho, a mocinha que me atendeu a semana passada, estava numa motivação ao trabalho, expliquei o motivo da ligação, mas percebi que não estava nem aí, uma dica treinar os seus funcionários.
Pizza de vcs é sensacional, os ingredientes de excelente qualidade, pra mim é a melhor pizza da região, mas vcs precisam melhorar comunicação interna pois existe um grande gap.

Então na segunda vez, além de fazer o pedido pelo whatsapp, ligamos para não ter erro. Mesmo assim a pizza veio errada. Decidimos dar mais uma chance. Fizemos o pedido pelo whatsapp e ligamos para não ter erro. Bom a pizza novamente veio errado. Se vc liga reclamando, a impressão é que ninguém quer resolver. Todas as vezes as pizzas vieram trocadas por um sabor mais barato. Penso em duas condições: não tinham os ingredientes e não queriam perder a venda ou agiram de má fé. Pq errar 3 vezes, mesmo fazendo o pedido por 2 canais não me parece falta de atenção. Desta vez perderam um cliente. E pra quem eu puder, não indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez fizemos o pedido pela Rappi, e eles cancelam ou mandam o pedido errado e não entram em contato com a gente. O motoboy fica "preso" no restaurante pois não pode sair sem o pedido (que eles cancelaram).
A gente liga diretamente na pizzaria e eles dão a desculpa de erro no sistema.

Ligamos e eles insistiram que o pedido estava certo, tivemos que filmar para comprovar que o pedido estava errado, só assim reconheceram que houve um erro, o motoboy veio retirar a pizza e não estornaram o valor, depois de muito insistir por mensagem tivemos que nos dirigir até o estabelecimento para estorno do valor. Um descaso! Nunca mais! Não recomendo!
