★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente comprei um galão de água, e ao beber notei um gosto de cloro e algum tipo de produto químico, água pior que a da torneira, liguei para reclamar e pedir que mandasse alguém para ver que a água estava sem condições de ser ingerida e nan retorno tive, liguei novamente e nada de me retornarem, simplesmente me ignoraram como cliente, so falaram que não efetuariam a troca e que ligasse direto na fonte. Péssimo atendimento
Unfortunately I bought a gallon of water, and when drinking it I noticed a taste of chlorine and some type of chemical, water worse than the tap, I called to complain and ask to send someone to see that the water was in no condition to be ingested and no I got back, I called again and nothing returned, they just ignored me as a customer, they just said that they would not make the exchange and that I called directly at the source. Terrible attendance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reavaliando, pois o serviço piorou. Além de ter acabado a promoção dos selinhos para entrega em domicílio, contrataram um entregador muito mal encarado e aparentando má vontade p/trabalhar. O cara chegou lá na minha casa dias atrás e, ao contrário de todos os outros que me atenderam até hoje, achou ruim de ter de subir uma escadinha de cinco degraus que dá para a minha cozinha. Também não quis tirar o lacre do galão, colocar no lugar etc. Deixou lá tudo para nós, clientes, fazermos. Já passei a pedir de outra distribuidora. Uma pena, pois a Mingues era ótima.
Re-evaluating as the service got worse. In addition to having finished promoting the seals for home delivery, they hired a delivery man who was very disrespectful and appeared unwilling to work. The guy arrived at my house a few days ago and, unlike all the others who have served me so far, he thought it was bad that he had to climb a five-step staircase that leads to my kitchen. I also didn't want to remove the seal from the gallon, put it in place, etc. He left everything there for us, the clients, to do. I've already ordered from another distributor. A pity, because Mingues was great.
