The guy had no change, he left the voucher for 10 reais and we could never call the place to ask for more water! What horrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi água neste lugar as 10 da manha, liguei 4 vezes confirmando e sempre seria jaja e a proxima, o dia acabou e a agua não chegou! Descaso total!!!! Tenho um escritório, se o estabelecimento não da conta de entregar avise, mas não deixe o cliente (que fica a 4 quadras deles) esperando!!!
I asked for water in this place at 10 am, I called 4 times confirming and it would always be haha and the next, the day is over and the water has not arrived! Total lack !!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tiverem outra opção fujam. Eles entregam mas demora e como demora. Muito enrolados. Último pedido pedí as 13h entregaram quase 18h sem avisar nem nada.
If you have another option run away. They deliver but it takes and how it takes. Very tangled. Last order I ordered at 13h delivered almost 18h without warning or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi água pelo aplicativo Bonafont e o pedido foi designado a essa distribuidora. Agendei a entrega entre 10h e 11h, agora são 11:18 e ainda não recebi, sendo que o app enviou notificação dizendo que o produto já tinha sido entregue. Liguei para o suporte da Bonafont e me informaram que ainda preciso esperar mais 20min para a água ser entregue, sendo que o prazo máximo era 11h. Se não conseguem cumprir o horário, então não aceitem o pedido, agendei a entrega justamente por ter somente esse horário disponível para aguardar o entregador. Agora estou atrasada para meu compromisso, esperando o entregador que sabe-se lá que horário vai resolver aparecer aqui!
Não recomendo de maneira alguma essa distribuidora, nem o app da Bonafont, que comecei a usar pois não queria mais problemas com a entrega da água.
Editado: o pedido foi entregue 12:05, 1h após o prazo final.
I asked for water through the Bonafont application and the order was assigned to this distributor. I scheduled delivery between 10am and 11am, now it's 11:18 am and I still haven't received it, and the app sent notification saying that the product had already been delivered. I called Bonafont support and they informed me that I still need to wait another 20min for the water to be delivered, with the maximum deadline being 11am. If you are unable to meet the schedule, then do not accept the order, I scheduled the delivery precisely because I only have this time available to wait for the delivery person. Now I'm late for my appointment, waiting for the delivery man who knows what time he'll decide to show up here!
In no way do I recommend this distributor, nor the Bonafont app, which I started using because I didn't want any more problems with water delivery.
Edited: the order was delivered 12:05 pm, 1am after the deadline.
