★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prato não veio como estava no cardacar: pedi camarao e veio um pouquinho de nada de camarão e batata frita! Reclamei e a resposta foi: o cardápio mudou, não podemos fazer nada.
The dish didn't come as it was at the heart: I ordered shrimp and a little bit of shrimp and fries came! I complained and the answer was: the menu has changed, we can't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não provei muitos pratos de lá, mas os executivos valem cada centavo, vem muita comida e o preço tá na média, sempre muito bem preparado em todas as vezes que fui, o atendimento é bom e o prato fica pronto bem rápido.
I have not tasted many dishes there, but the executives are worth every penny, there comes a lot of food and the price is average, always very well prepared in all the times I went, the service is good and the dish gets ready very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta loja segue bem o padrão da rede. Boa comida, com opções em carnes, peixe e camarão. O preparo é um pouco demorado, mas dentro do razoável. Os preços são moderados. Conheço apenas os pratos de camarão, que são bons, mas ainda não considero o Bonaparte a primeira opção para almoço.
This store follows the chain's standard. Good food, with options in meat, fish and shrimp. The preparation takes a little time, but within reason. Prices are moderate. I only know the shrimp dishes, which are good, but I still don't consider Bonaparte the first option for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito contrariado. Sempre fui um cliente muito assíduo no almoço. Hoje, 14/04/19, por volta das 20h40min, inventei de pedir um crepe. Foi a pior experiência culinária que eu tive com um crepe na minha vida. A massa parecia um omelete. Aliás, um omelete tem mais consistência que a massa do crepe que me foi servido. E o pior é que doutras vezes já pedi crepe e nunca tinha vindo assim. Quando o gerente ou donos estão o feed back com o cliente é diferente. Reclamei e não deram o braço a torcer. Disseram que o crepe é servido assim mesmo. Outras vezes em que almocei alguns acompanhamentos vieram diferentes do modo de preparo que comumente servem. Os funcionários não gostam de ouvir reclamação. Vejo que eles não tem um padrão de qualidade. Por ser uma era quis deveria ter padrão de qualidade. Já comi muito crepe na vida é definitivamente aquilo não era crepe. Pedi uma quentinha, coloquei o recheio dentro e levei pra casa pra comer com pão. Atenção: nunca peçam crepe neste restaurante. Sem falar que os funcionários não gostam de ouvir reclamação. Fazem cara feia pro cliente.
I'm very upset. I've always been a very frequent customer at lunch. Today, 04/14/19, around 20:40, I invented to ask for a crepe. It was the worst culinary experience I've had with a crepe in my life. The crust looked like an omelet. Incidentally, an omelette has more consistency than the crepe mass that was served to me. And the worst thing is that I asked for crepe and I had never come this way. When the manager or owners are the feed back with the customer it is different. I complained and they did not give me the arm to cheer. They said the crepe is served anyway. Other times I had lunch a few accompaniments came different from the way they are prepared. Staff do not like to hear complaint. I see they do not have a quality standard. For being an age wanted it should have quality standard. I've eaten a lot of crepe in my life and it was definitely not crepe. I asked for a warm one, put the stuffing inside and took it home to eat with bread. Attention: never ask for crepe in this restaurant. Not to mention that employees do not like to hear complaint. They look ugly at the customer.
