Mas não tem nada haver com a loja Bono de Mauá e nem outra da rede .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, experiência horrível, por duas vezes comprei pneu com eles, as duas me foi feito venda casada o que é proibido por lei, e insistem em não sanar problemas com os produtos e nem estornar o valor da compra, não cumprem a lei do consumidor e ainda prejudicam o comprador

Levei na bobo e eles disseram q tinha q trocar meus bicos... Q eram novos. Disseram q precisava fazer cambagem, queriam add R$180.
Levei em um lugar q alinho a anos, na av portugal.
Não tinha alinhando, nem balanceado e ñ precisou de cambagem..
OU seja... Totalmente DESONESTOS!!! Querem empurrar coisas q não existem.
I bought the tires. I gained alignment and balance.
I took it to the fool and they said I had to change my nipples... They were new. They said I needed to do some camber, they wanted to add R$180.
I took it to a place I've been aligning for years, on Av Portugal.
There was no aligning, no balancing and no need for camber..
In other words... TOTALLY DISHONEST!!! They want to push things that don't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao realizar a compra de 2 pneus fui informado que o valor passado só seria através de venda casada com alinhamento e cambarem. mesmo assim concordei com os serviços. após aguardar o carro ficar pronto o vendedor me chama e informa que 2 rodas estava desalinhadas e precisava fazer o alinhamento das rodas valor do serviço 400 reais. ao iniciar o alinhamento fui chamado mais uma vez e fui informado que precisaria realizar a cambagem e o caster das rodas valor cobrado 600 reais. ou compraria o pacote bono pagando um valor e teria o serviço incluso e poderia retornar todo mês. após falar que não ai fazer o serviço o vendedor falou que me daria um descontinho e fecharia o serviço por 350 reais. não entendi esta diferença de quase 50 % de desconto e qual o motivo de ser tão caro esta mão de obra. o próprio vendedor falou que seria feito apenas ajustes sem nem uma substituição de peça. ao sair pedi a nota fiscal e só foi fornecido nota dos pneus e dos bicos trocadas não entregou a nota de serviço falou que o responsável não estava no momento. me senti lesado não recomendo e não volto mais

I didn't understand this difference of almost 50% discount and why this labor is so expensive. the seller himself said that only adjustments would be made without even a part replacement. when I left I asked for the invoice and only the invoice for the tires and nozzles was exchanged, but the service invoice was not delivered, it said that the person in charge was not at the time. I felt aggrieved, I don't recommend it and I won't come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a loja por via WhatsApp para fazer orçamento a atendente falou o produto que eu queria tinha na loja mais próxima era em Mauá aonde eu resido. Chegando a loja o vendedor falou que a menina tava vendendo um produto mais barato no valor da compra e depois falou que o produto não tinha e só tinha um produto muito mais caro fora da promoção, então o mesmo mostrou o computador e vi que tinha pneus do valor um pouco maior e ele não me ofereceu. Falou q o produto q queria tinha somente na loja de Santo André. Chegando na loja de Santo André constaram que tinha na loja de Mauá como eu já tinha visto no computador do vendedor outros pneus na mesma faixa de valor na loja de Mauá. Então percebi que ele não queria me fazer a venda por qual motivo não sei? outra pergunta pq não me ofereceu para buscar o pneu na loja de Santo André? já q são do mesmo dono. Então fiz a compra na loja de Santo André e fui muito bem atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi boa na hora, mas depois vi o péssimo trabalho deles! Levei o carro na unidade de Mauá, troquei os 4 pneus e na hora falaram para fazer cambagem, alinhamento e balanceamento e tudo deu 2300 ou seja, a promoção que eu achava que teria na verdade foi aumentando a cada " serviço novo" até aí tudo bem, achei que fosse necessário com a instalação de novos pneus e me deram um cartão fidelidade onde eu poderia fazer alinhamentos por 1 ano. Bem, 6 meses depois comecei a ouvir barulho estranho na parte traseira, levei no meu mecânico , ele ergueu o carro e vimos a roda traseira quase solta!!!!! Eu vou viajar mês que vem e não sei o que seria de mim se não tivesse levado nele para olhar. O meu mecânico disse que meu carro nem precisa de cambagem e colocaram também uma chapa no pneu que não sei pra que serve..ou se foi só pra dizer que fizeram alguma coisa e passar no teste lá pra dizer que estava tudo alinhado. Outra coisa, o preço é abusivo ,1 mês depois da troca levei para fazer alinhamento e falaram que teria que trocar os 2 amortecedores, e me deram um orçamento de mais de 2 mil reais, troquei no outro mecânico pela metade do preço e com produtos originais. Bom, a Bono só tem aparência, o serviço é ruim e sempre querem cobrar bem mais caro do cliente , o pior ainda écolocar a vida dos motoristas em risco como esse caso das rodas soltas. Tô decepcionada e não indico para ninguém!!!

Well, 6 months later I started to hear strange noise from the rear, I took it to my mechanic, he lifted the car and we saw the rear wheel almost loose!!!!! I'm going away next month and I don't know what would become of me if I hadn't taken it to look. My mechanic said that my car doesn't even need to be cambered and they also put a plate on the tire that I don't know what it's for...or if it was just to say they did something and pass the test there to say that everything was aligned. Another thing, the price is abusive, 1 month after the change I took it to make an alignment and they said I would have to change the 2 shock absorbers, and they gave me a quote of more than 2 thousand reais, I changed it at the other mechanic for half the price and with products originals. Well, Bono just looks, the service is bad and they always want to charge the customer much more, the worst thing is putting the lives of drivers at risk like this case of loose wheels. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
