★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha sinceramente tava dentro do padrao por ter um carro usado sempre da manutenção o serviço tava ate indo bem ate que chegou na troca de óleo eles disseram que eu tinha direito a uma higienização do ar condicionado e por isso tinha que funcionar o carro mas um dos mecânicos esgotou o oleo e o outro deu partida no meu carro sem óleo e pra piorar nenhum dos responsaveis veio me dar sequer uma satisfação entendo que errar e humano mas nesse caso foi total incompetência da equipe entao nao me convenceu essa empresa so pra registrar tenho a nota de serviço de mais de 2000 reais e se der um so problema decorrente a isso no motor do meu carro essa empresa sera responsável
Look sincerely it was inside the standard for having a used car always from maintenance the service was even going well until it arrived in the oil change they said that I had the right to clean the air conditioning and that was why the car had to work but one of the mechanics ran out of oil and the other started my car without oil and to make matters worse none of those responsible came to give me even a satisfaction I understand that making mistakes is human but in this case it was total incompetence of the team so I was not convinced by this company just to register I have service bill of more than 2000 reais and if there is only one problem resulting from that in my car's engine this company will be responsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi Boa com a empresa! Na troca de pneus , foi colocando mais defeito no meu carro, o alinhamento que havia proposto na contratação não foi realizada , não recebi a garantia do 5 anos de pneus , só o balanceamento ( Péssimo serviço).

Then I took it to my trusted mechanic and everything is fine. As for the value, you could find it cheaper, but the service is very dubious. So I preferred not to risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço e pior ainda a garantia, fiz um reparo na suspensão do meu veículo e passei varios meses reclamando q estava fazendo barulho após o reparo e recentemente levei em um outro local pois n estava satisfeito com o barulho e pra minha surpresa todo o serviço feito na bomo veículos foi perdido mais de 1500 reais de prejuizo e zero assistência da parte deles e descaso da parte da empresa. Fora cobrados diversos serviços que nao foram feitos uma baita pilantragem, meu conselho não levem seus veículos lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, esse foi o pior serviço que fiz em carro em 20 anos que tenho veículo. Comprei 4 pneus e eles disseram que precisava fazer dois serviços que não existiam (eu entendo de mecânica). No balanceamento, fizeram errado e eu que tive que pedir para refazerem (e de fato estava cheio de erro). É furada!! Nunca mais volto aqui e nem em outra loja da franquia. Honestidade, na minha opinião, é fundamental.
Guys, this was the worst service I've done on a car in 20 years I've had a vehicle. I bought 4 tires and they said I needed to do two services that didn't exist (I understand mechanics). On balance, they did it wrong and I had to ask them to redo it (and in fact it was full of errors). It's boring!! I will never come back here or in another franchise store. Honesty, in my opinion, is key.

Enfiaram um serviço "pacote bono" de 500 reais equivalente a 10alinhamentos sem eu ter solicitado. Alegaram que era um "brinde" pois o serviço que eles tinham feito no meu carro era equivalente aos 500 reais e eu estaria pagando o serviço e ganhando ainda alinhamentos gratuitos com eles. Solicitei o valor detalhado os serviços que realmente foram prestados e ficaram na defensiva com uma entonação de voz agressiva. Ficou uma situação bem desagradável e acabei pagando. Eles podem ter ficado com meus 500 reais mas perderam um cliente para sempre. Espero que as pessoas olhem as criticas no google antes de ir.
They are not transparent.
They put in a service "bono package" of 500 reais equivalent to 10 alignments without my having asked. They claimed it was a "gift" because the service they had done on my car was equivalent to 500 reais and I would be paying for the service and getting free alignments with them. I asked for the detailed value of the services that were actually provided and they became defensive with an aggressive tone of voice. It was a very unpleasant situation and I ended up paying. They may have kept my 500 reais but they lost a customer forever. I hope people google the reviews before they go.
