★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já ouviram falar de yakisoba de repolho? Pois aqui tem! Vem com nome de misto, na promoção família, mas de legume, só tem repolho! O shoyo estava aguado no final do prato! Deveria ter vindo ver os reviwes antes de resover comer aqui.
 Have you ever heard of cabbage yakisoba? Well here it is! Comes with a mixed name, in the family promotion, but of vegetables, there is only cabbage! The shoyo was watery at the end of the dish! I should have come to see the reviwes before resover eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, não tinha talher disponível demoraram a pegar , ficou um passa do para o outro e para fechar a comida estava horrível, sem sabor e até mesmo algumas coisas com gosto de azedo ou estragado .
It was terrible, there was no cutlery available, it took a long time to get there, it went from one to the other and to close the food it was horrible, tasteless and even some things that tasted sour or spoiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, sou cliente há muitos anos e o que encontrei na última visita não me fará voltar! Comida sem sabor, pouca variedade de sushi e outros, atendimento péssimo! Fiquei triste e até perguntei se havia mudado de dono! Espero que voltem ao padrão excelente que tinha!
Disappointing, I have been a customer for many years and what I found on my last visit will not make me come back! Food without taste, little variety of sushi and others, lousy service! I was sad and even asked if I had changed owner! I hope they return to the excellent standard they had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! Comprei um combo com quatro pastéis e após 30 minutos ainda não estavam prontos e nem mesmo na fase de preparo! Tive que pedir o estorno e voltar a ser cliente do Tokai, que sempre comprei e nunca tive problemas! A mesma coisa aconteceu com vários clientes que fizeram o mesmo pedido!
Terrible !! I bought a combo with four pastries and after 30 minutes they weren't ready yet and not even in the preparation phase! I had to ask for the chargeback and go back to being a Tokai customer, who I always bought and never had any problems! The same thing happened to several customers who placed the same order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almocei no ultimo dia 01/02/2017 por volta das 13:00 nesse restaurante onde a comida estava horrível. O pepino estava azedo, não tinha nada dos maçaricados, nada de rools, e o shoyo estava também azedo. Sem opções de comida e ao perguntar se sairia algo mais nenhum dos funcionários soube responder. Já almocei lá outras vezes e fico triste em vê como a qualidade do lugar caiu. Proprietário, tenham atenção, isso não é para somente criticar o local mas para que vocês melhorem o atendimento e os pratos servidos.
I had lunch last 02/01/2017 around 13:00 in this restaurant where the food was horrible. The cucumber was sour, there was none of the blowtorches, no rools, and the shoyo was also sour. No food options and asking if anything else would go out none of the staff could answer. I've had lunch there other times and I'm sad to see how the quality of the place has fallen. Owner, beware, this is not only for criticizing the place but for you to improve the service and the dishes served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo. Terrível. Parei de comer para escrever. Tokai estava cheio e vim testar o Bonzai. Falta de respeito com a culinária japonesa e chinesa. Molho agridoce? Fiquei com medo de pegar. Arroz dos makis sem tempero algum. Salmão dos makis com cheiro forte. Melhor do almoço foi a Coca Cola, o gengibre e o pepino, que acredito que já compram prontos. Rolinho primavera poderia ser chamado de rolinho eutono, eutonoinferno. Dinheiro mais mal gasto com alimentação você encontra aqui!
Creed. Terrible. I stopped eating to write. Tokai was full and I came to test Bonzai. Lack of respect for Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Sweet and sour sauce? I was afraid to take it. Rice from the makis without any seasoning. Salmon makis with a strong smell. The best lunch was Coca Cola, ginger and cucumber, which I believe they already buy ready-made. Spring roll could be called eutono roll, eutonoinferno. Money more poorly spent on food you find here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel! Segunda vez que venho aqui, e o Yakisoba dizem não ter legumes. Daí quando vc olha o buffet, tá lá lindo colorido e cheio de verduras.
Ao perguntar a atendente, ela te olha com certo tom de desprezo que aquele lá é o do buffet. Perguntei se já que não tinha legumes, se não poderia compensar aumentando a proteína, a resposta foi de desdém que viria a mesma quantidade, ou seja bem a mais nem a menos.
Falta de preparo para atender o cliente, demonstra ma vontade, atendentes de cara feia. Por questão de gentileza poderia até nos enganar dizendo que iria colocar, ou tentar. Daí nos trás quase uma tonelada de macarrão anêmico, com pedaços grudados, com pedaços contados de frango e carne.
Nem vou mencionar o pedaço de lacre plástico de algo que veio no meu prato.
Ainda que o preço fosse baixo, não justificaria.
Não recomendo nem pra necessitados de rua, pessoas famintas, pois merecem dignidade e respeito com alimento.

I won't even mention the piece of plastic sealing wax that came on my plate.
Even if the price was low, it would not justify.
I do not recommend even to the needy people, hungry people, because they deserve dignity and respect with food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho o Bonzai interessante, comida com boa qualidade por bom preço, é um padrão difícil de se manter mas eles conseguem, bem agradável comer lá.
I think Bonzai is interesting, good quality food at a good price, it's a difficult standard to keep up but they manage, very nice to eat there.
