★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, iria adquirir alguns itens no valor de 70 reais e como na loja não possuía caixa no tamanho médio ou pequeno para fazer um kit do tamanho que eu gostaria solicitei um saco que estava exposto em alguns kits no mostruário ( com vinho e chocolate) e o mesmo foi negado pelas vendedoras. Informei que pagaria pelo saco para que fosse feito um kit menor com os produtos que gostaria de adquirir as mesmas com descaso informaram que por politica da loja n podem vender ou fazer kits desse formato. Perda da cacau show shopping paralela,pois irei em qualquer outro estabelecimento e não lá e farei propaganda negativa a quem me perguntar. O dia é 8 de fevereiro de 2021 e o horário 15:44 para caso haja interesse do franqueado em saber quIs funcionários agiram de forma rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui comprar hoje dia 11/06/2021 vários produtos, mais de 60,00 reais em compras e solicitei uma sacola padrão pra presente e o mesmo foi negado, as vendedoras afirmaram que eu tinha que comprar algo maior como presente, e eu falei no ato que era presente, porem uma mistura, com trufas, barras, caixinhas com bombons, a loja não tem gerente, fica a merce de péssimas funcionárias, na mesma hora sai da loja e fui na ChocolatesBrasilCacau, na qual elas iam me dar direito a sacola igual a que foi negada na cacau show, mas ainda assim ofereceram uma caixinha mais bonita e eu comprei, sem tirar o excelente atendimento da BrasilCacau, sobre a cacau show do shopping paralela, se eu podesse da nota menos 5 eu daria, pena que só pode 1 estrela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mediocre para ruim. Decepção. Entramos e encontramos 4 pessoas dentro do espaço pequeno, a mesa suja (restos de açúcar e comida). Pedimos café expresso e ainda nem tinha água com gás que é habitual colocar junto com o café. Perguntamos ao atendente e falou simplesmente, "não temos". Detalhe, dentro do shopping tem um mercado (Hiperdeal) onde podem comprar para oferecer. Caiu o nível!! Se o dono da franquia souber, acredito que vai ficar decepcionado. Eu fiquei decepcionado. Alerta, melhorem. Não é a situação que vivemos que faz diferença, é o que fazemos na situação que vivemos. ?
