If I could I would give zero stars! They charge exorbitant values in the service, 140 reais to install an Office, in the Gallery later they charge 50 reais! Before buying there, search elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma pessima experiência e não recomendo. Deixei o meu pc para trocar a dobradiça e avaliar a lentidão, mas não havia nenhum outro problema e meu computador funcionava perfeitamente. Me informaram da possibilidade de formatar para o Windows 7, uma vez que o Windos 10 deixava a maquina mais lenta. Mas eu recusei a formatação. Ao chegar para pegar meu pc, tive a infeliz supresa de encotrar meu computador com um problema que não havia antes. Um absurdo!! Simplesmente alteraram alguma configuração e deixaram meu computador com problemas. Desonestidade! Além disso tudo,cobram preços altíssimos e uma atendimento péssimo.
I had a very bad experience and I don't recommend it. I left my pc to change the hinge and assess the slowness, but there was no other problem and my computer worked perfectly. I was informed of the possibility of formatting for Windows 7, since Windos 10 slowed down the machine. But I refused the formatting. When I arrived to get my pc, I had the unfortunate surprise of finding my computer with a problem that was not there before. Absurd !! They just changed some settings and left my computer with problems. Dishonesty! Besides that, they charge very high prices and a terrible service.
