Peço q me envie o novo local prá retirada do mesmo (um sabão Omo e um amaciante Ypê) e tem produtos q paguei e não entregaram ainda, me dê um parecer por favor
The experience was very good, they are super nice, my dissatisfaction is with Facily, they said that my product is ready for withdrawal but it is not in the place and I don't even know where they sent it. Please send me the new location to pick it up (an Omo soap and a Ypê fabric softener) and there are products that I have paid for and have not yet delivered, please give me an opinion.
