★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu amigo estava com o pneu da moto murchando e foi até a borracharia as 17:20, o responsável pelo local disse que não poderia atender pois iria fechar a oficina as 18:00 (QUARENTA MINUTOS DEPOIS). Perdeu um cliente que precisava de ajuda. (Obs: o problema foi resolvido apenas trocando a válvula do pneu, diferentemente do comentário da oficina onde teria sido solicitada uma vulcanização)
My friend had the tire of the bike withering and went to the tire shop at 17:20, the local manager said he could not answer because it would close the workshop at 18:00 (Forty minutes later). Lost a customer who needed help. (Note: the problem was solved only by changing the tire valve, unlike the workshop comment where vulcanization would have been requested)
