★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Vendedor preguiçoso e com má vontade. Foi mal educado na primeira vez que liguei dizendo que estava ocupado pra nao me dar as informações. Dei uma segunda chance ao ligar uma segunda vez pra tirar mais uma dúvida e pedir foto do pneu (ja que nao é novo), faltou falar que não queria vender o pneu... chegou a suspirar no telefone.
Se o atendente não for o dono da loja, fica o alerta para o dono. Mantendo esse cidadão aí vc vai quebrar.
Isso foi dia 12/12/20 pela manhã.
Lousy service. Seller lazy and grudging. He was rude the first time I called saying he was too busy not giving me the information. I gave a second chance when calling a second time to take one more question and ask for a photo of the tire (since it is not new), I had to say that I didn't want to sell the tire ... I even sighed on the phone.
If the attendant is not the owner of the store, the alert for the owner remains. Keeping that citizen there you will break.
That was 12/12/20 in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pneu furado, o funcionario ofereceu conserto definitivo por 60 e macarrao por 35 reais. Nem esperou eu decidir e fez o macarrao em 2 minutos. No outro dia o pneu estava murcho de novo :( atualizacao: o "macarrao" nao foi opcao do cliente, o atendente ja foi fazendo sem esperar minha decisao, NO OUTRO DIA O PNEU ESTAVA MURCHO!! Servico ruim!!! atendimento ruim!
flat tire, the employee offered a definitive repair for 60 reais and pasta for 35 reais. He didn't even wait for me to decide and made the pasta in 2 minutes. The other day the tire was flat again :( update: the "macarrao" was not the customer's option, the attendant was already doing it without waiting for my decision, THE ANOTHER DAY THE TIRE WAS FLAT!! Bad service!!! bad service!
