Fui até o local antes de levar o carro, expliquei para o Sr César, sobre a pane elétrica do veículo.
Pedi para ele uma atenção pois o veículo e minha única fonte de renda.
Defeito do veículo: Reparo no alternador e troca da bateria
Deixei o carro no dia 29/04/22 às 09hs no final do dia às 17:50 o carro foi liberado. saindo na porta da oficina a luz da bateria acendeu no painel, desci do veículo e informei para o Sr César...o mesmo falou que não poderia liberar, por conta do fechamento da loja só poderia olhar no dia seguinte.
Passou o final de semana na oficina (sexta, sábado, domingo)
No dia 02/05/22 às 16:30 a recepção ligou informando que tava liberado.
Por conta do horário fui retirar o veículo no dia 03/05/22 às 10hs.
O Sr César disse que foi feito um reparo no Chicote do veículo R$160
Paguei o valor mesmo sem ter sido informado previamente.
Avaliando o comentário de outro cliente acima, entendo que é uma prática recorrente dessa unidade.
Para minha surpresa 30 minutos depois o carro parou novamente.
Entrei em contato com a Bosh, solicitando que mandassem um guincho, para verificar o que estava acontecendo.
Após aguardar quase 2 horas e depois de muita discussão sobre quem pagaria pelo mesmo, o guincho chegou e levou o carro às 13:30.
Aguardei quase 30 horas, não me deram nenhuma satisfação sobre o carro, liguei me informaram que estava pronto e que poderia ser retirado.
Quando cheguei para retirar me informaram que havia ficado um fio solto no momento em que foi feito o reparo e por esse motivo o carro parou.
No total o carro ficou parado na oficina do dia 29/04/22 até o dia 04/05/22
Só quem é autônomo e trabalha com carro na rua, tem dimensão do prejuízo que essa unidade da Bosch causou no meu orçamento famíliar.

I went to the place before taking the car, I explained to Mr César, about the vehicle's electrical failure.
I asked him for attention because the vehicle is my only source of income.
Vehicle defect: Repair the alternator and change the battery
I left the car on 04/29/22 at 09:00 at the end of the day at 17:50 the car was released. leaving the garage door, the battery light came on on the dashboard, I got out of the vehicle and informed Mr. César... he said he could not release it, because of the closing of the store, he could only look the next day.
Spent the weekend at the workshop (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
On 05/02/22 at 16:30 the reception called informing that it was released.
Because of the time I went to pick up the vehicle on 05/03/22 at 10 am.
Mr César said that a repair was made to the vehicle Whip R$160
I paid the amount even without being informed in advance.
Evaluating the comment of another customer above, I understand that it is a recurring practice of this unit.
To my surprise 30 minutes later the car stopped again.
I contacted Bosch, asking them to send a tow truck to check what was going on.
After waiting almost 2 hours and after much discussion about who would pay for it, the tow truck arrived and took the car at 1:30 pm.
I waited almost 30 hours, they didn't give me any satisfaction about the car, I called and they informed me that it was ready and that it could be picked up.
When I arrived to remove it, they informed me that there was a loose wire when the repair was done and for that reason the car stopped.
In total, the car was stopped in the workshop from 04/29/22 to 05/04/22
Only those who are self-employed and work with a car on the street are aware of the damage that this Bosch unit caused to my family budget.
