★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na oficina hoje pra alinhar e balancear as rodas do meu carro. Ao finalizarem o servico sai e percebi que o carro continuava puxando pro lado direito. Voltei na oficina e o rapaz que me atendeu andou no carro e disse que o problema eram os pneus dianteiros qye estavam ja ruins e os traseiros ainda meia vida. Beleza pneus dianteiros ruins blz nao seria mais leal e honesto perguntar antes de executar o servico que os pneus estao ruins n ficara 100% devido os pneus? Andei com o rapaz que me atendeu no carro uma hora falava que era a rua descaida outra os pneus. Cada vez que troca os pneus tem que alinhar entao nao ACHEI HONESTA A ATITUDE DELES UMA VEZ QUE MEXEM COM ISSO E SABE QUE NINGUEM IRIA ALINHAR UM PNEU QUE JA ESTA RUIM. NOTA 0
I was at the shop today to align and balance my car wheels. When they finished the service, I left and noticed that the car was still pulling to the right side. I went back to the workshop and the guy who attended me walked in the car and said that the problem was that the front tires were already bad and the rear tires were still half-life. Beauty bad front tires blz wouldn't it be more loyal and honest to ask before running the service that the tires are bad won't it be 100% due to the tyres? I walked with the guy who assisted me in the car, one hour he said it was the low street, the other the tires. Every time the tires are changed, they have to align, so I didn't FIND THEIR ATTITUDE HONEST ONCE THEY MATCH IT AND YOU KNOW THAT NO ONE WOULD ALIGN A TIRE THAT IS ALREADY BAD. GRADE 0
