★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuja enquanto é tempo!!!!!!!!! Minha experiência foi péssima. Prestadores sem compromisso, sem higiene e totalmente DESORGANIZADOS. Estão no prédio há mais ou menos um ano e só tenho reclamações, nenhum elogio. Apesar de ser moradora de um dos condomínios administrados por eles nao recebo os informes do local onde moro, envio mensagens e sou totalmente ignorada, sequer respondem. Nunca vi empresa pior em nenhum tipo de serviço. Vieram fazer uma revitalização de teto na minha casa, ficou péssimo, foi necessário refazer e continuou horrendo. Em uma das reuniões atrasaram quase 1h e xingaram a advogada que questionou o atraso e representava um dos proprietários. Colocaram um faixa no prédio com a palavra "proficional", e assim explico o que penso da empresa "proficionais" como eles se reconhecem.
Escape while it's time !!!!!!!!! My experience was terrible. Providers without compromise, without hygiene and totally DISORGANIZED. They have been in the building for about a year and I only have complaints, no praise. Despite being a resident of one of the condominiums managed by them, I do not receive the reports of the place where I live, I send messages and I am totally ignored, they do not even respond. I have never seen a worse company in any type of service. They came to do a roof revitalization in my house, it was terrible, it was necessary to redo it and it remained horrendous. In one of the meetings they delayed almost 1 hour and cursed the lawyer who questioned the delay and represented one of the owners. They put a banner in the building with the word "professional", and so I explain what I think of the company "professional" as they recognize themselves.

Pense bem antes de contrata-los, não resolvem os problemas que lhe são passados, jogam a responsabilidade toda para a imobiliária, quando são problema para competência de quem administra o prédio. São totalmente inflexíveis, não respondem, só são bom para cobrar.
ficamos com problema de água 3 meses pela incompetência da wm.
FAZEM VISTA GROSSA PARA TODOS PROBLEMAS.
Repito: pense muito bem antes de contratar os serviços da WM ADMINISTRADORA.
A company like WM is unfortunate !!
Think carefully before hiring them, they do not solve the problems that are passed to them, they throw the whole responsibility to the real estate company, when they are a problem for the competence of those who manage the building. They are totally inflexible, they do not respond, they are only good to charge.
we had a water problem for 3 months due to the incompetence of the wm.
MAKE A THICK VIEW TO ALL PROBLEMS.
I repeat: think very carefully before hiring the services of WM ADMINISTRADORA.
