★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bosque do Cão simplesmente se tornou a extensão da minha casa....O Alfredo, meu pug idoso, já não andava há um ano e eu já não sabia mais o que poderia fazer, pois todos em casa estávamos trabalhando ou iríamos começar novos trabalhos. Assim, não haveria ninguém para ficar com ele..e ele era dependente para tudo. Tomar água, comer, mudar de posição, tudo.
E foi aí, neste período exatamente, que O Bosque do Cão foi inaugurado. Isso pra nós, soou como a solução dos problemas, mas ficamos em dúvidas se ele seria aceito nestas condições. Fomos conhecer o lugar e ficamos encantados. O lugar era perfeito...Só faltava o Sim!
Nunca vou me esquecer da Vera olhando pra ele com os olhos marejados e dizendo "Nosso primeiro aluninho especial". Esta frase nos acalmou e logo ali estava o Alfredo com seu carrinho de rodas e mochila.
Foram dois anos de cuidados, carinhos e atenção.
O Bosque do Cão nos permitiu tranquilidade em saber que nosso idosinho estava bem cuidado. Nos permitiu férias, dias com a família e passeios nos quais o Alfredo não poderia estar junto a nós.
Faria tudo igual novamente.
O Alfredo se foi no início deste ano e vai sempre ser lembrado, assim como todos do Bosque do Cão.
Só gratidão.
 Bosque do Cão simply became the extension of my home .... Alfredo, my elderly pug, had not been walking for a year and I no longer knew what I could do, because everyone at home was working or we were going to start new works. So, there would be no one to be with him ... and he was dependent on everything. Drinking water, eating, changing positions, everything.
And it was there, in this period exactly, that O Bosque do Cão was inaugurated. This, for us, sounded like the solution of the problems, but we were in doubt if it would be accepted under these conditions. We went to see the place and were delighted. The place was perfect ... Only the Sim was missing!
I will never forget Vera looking at him with teary eyes and saying "Our first special student". This phrase calmed us down and right there was Alfredo with his wheel cart and backpack.
It took two years of care, affection and attention.
Bosque do Cão allowed us peace of mind in knowing that our old man was well taken care of. It allowed us vacations, family days and outings on which Alfredo could not be with us.
I would do everything the same again.
Alfredo left at the beginning of this year and will always be remembered, as well as everyone from Bosque do Cão.
Just gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje iniciaria o período de experiência com o meu filhote de 8 meses. Em menos de 3 horas me contactaram dizendo que ela não poderia frequentar a creche pois latia para os outros cachorros na tentativa de chama-los para brincar. Entao recomendo essa creche para aqueles que possuem cães mais velhos e que não latam. Atualizada em 16/03/21 - Apenas completando a avaliação. Recebi hoje uma resposta da creche dizendo que fazem rigorosos testes com profissionais capacitados para determinar a aceitação ou não dos animais. Esses profissionais não foram capazes ou não tiveram a vontade de tentar por 3 horas solucionar a situação (que foi resolvida em menos de um dia em uma creche na mesma região e mais barata - quem quiser indicação, ficarei feliz em ajudar). Enfim, discordo plenamente das avaliações 5 estrelas recebidas todas hoje em um intervalo de 3 horas... curioso...

So I recommend this nursery for those who have older dogs and who do not bark. Updated 03/16/21 - Just completing the assessment. Today I received a response from the nursery saying that they carry out rigorous tests with trained professionals to determine the acceptance or not of the animals. These professionals were unable or unwilling to try for 3 hours to resolve the situation (which was resolved in less than a day at a daycare center in the same region and cheaper - whoever wants an indication, I will be happy to help). Anyway, I completely disagree with the 5 star ratings received all today in an interval of 3 hours ... curious ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente creche e hotel para cães. Todos os funcionários são maravilhosos, gostam muito dos cães, cuidam super bem. O controle de saúde deles é bem rigoroso e isso eleva o nível de segurança para os bichinhos. Meu cachorro frequenta o bosque, tanto creche quanto hotel, desde a inauguração e tanto ele quanto eu adoramos o espaço, as atividades e os funcionários! Sem dúvida é o melhor day care e hotel para cães de São Paulo.
Excellent day care and hotel for dogs. All the staff are wonderful, are very fond of dogs, take good care of us. Their health control is very strict and this raises the level of safety for pets. My dog has been in the woods, both day care and hotel, since the opening and he and I both love the space, the activities and the staff! Without a doubt it is the best day care and hotel for dogs in São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uma semana fui até o local e tentei deixar meu cachorro na creche. Me deixaram alguns minutos esperando na rua até uma pessoa me dizer que não poderiam receber meu cachorro pois a pessoa responsável não estava presente, sendo que alguns cachorros estavam sendo recebidos. Não entendi nada e fui embora. Hoje fui novamente ao local, disse no interfone que queria conhecer o lugar e os pacotes. Me disseram pra esperar… depois de ficar 5 minutos parado na calçada esperando, decidi ir embora.
Se tratarem os animais com a mesma atenção e respeito que tratam seus donos, o lugar deve ser péssimo. Definitivamente não deixarei meu filhote com eles.
A week ago I went to the place and tried to leave my dog at the daycare. They left me for a few minutes waiting on the street until someone told me they couldn't receive my dog because the person in charge was not present, and some dogs were being received. I didn't understand anything and left. Today I went to the place again, said on the intercom that I wanted to know the place and the packages. They told me to wait… after 5 minutes standing on the sidewalk waiting, I decided to leave.
If they treat animals with the same attention and respect that they treat their owners, the place must be terrible. I will definitely not leave my puppy with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado.. Após toda a triagem, vacinas e exames, deixei minha cachorrinha de 1 ano lá durante o dia enquanto trabalho.. Me ligaram para buscar ela TODOS os dias na hora do almoço, pq ela "latia". Claramente a pequena nao estava acostumada a ficar lá, visto que cresceu em casa na pandemia perto da gente na quarentena. Ao invés de só brincar com a cachorrinha, levar ela pra outro ambiente, TENTAR solucionar, a solucao era enviar vídeos da cachorrinha latindo e pedir pra buscar ela logo depois do almoço.
Quando sugeri fazer meio período (até a hora do almoço) fui informado que não poderiam fazer um preço mais baixo. Teria que pagar preço cheio mesmo, apesar de ela ficar apenas até as 14h.
Enfim, se vc tiver um cachorro super tranquilo, que nao dê trabalho nenhum, nao fique com receio de lugares diferentes do habitual, e seja super independente, pode fazer sentido! Agora para cães que não estão acostumados com creches, que precisem de uma atenção diferente para se adaptar, esquece.. não é o lugar.
Pessoal foi bem receptivo, foram bem simpáticos, nada a reclamar quanto a isso, mas o serviço em sí, deixou muito a desejar.
Disappointed.. After all the screening, vaccinations and exams, I left my 1 year old dog there during the day while I work.. They called me to pick her up EVERY day at lunchtime, because she "barked". Clearly the little girl was not used to being there, as she grew up at home in the pandemic next to us in quarantine. Instead of just playing with the dog, taking her to another environment, TRYING to solve it, the solution was to send videos of the dog barking and ask to pick her up right after lunch.
When I suggested doing part-time (until lunchtime) I was told they couldn't do a lower price. I would have to pay full price, even though she only stays until 2 pm.
Anyway, if you have a super quiet dog, that doesn't give you any work, don't be afraid of different places than usual, and be super independent, it might make sense! Now for dogs that are not used to day care centers, that need a different attention to adapt, forget it... this is not the place.
Staff was very receptive, very friendly, nothing to complain about, but the service itself left a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do Bosque. Lá tem muita area verde e os cachorros tem contato direto com a Natureza, fora que é muito tranquilo para deixar o cachorro e buscar, além disso, eles contrataram um guarda para segurança noturna.
Quanto ao incidente que ocorreu, vejo que a atitude do monitor foi realmente desagradável, mas a administradora do Bosque já tomou as devidas providencias. Esperamos que isso nunca mais ocorra.
I really like the Forest. There is a lot of green area there and the dogs have direct contact with Nature, besides that it is very quiet to leave the dog and look for it, in addition, they hired a guard for night security.
As for the incident that occurred, I see that the monitor's attitude was really unpleasant, but the administrator of the Forest has already taken the necessary measures. We hope this never happens again.

The training and care system at Bosque is amazing and our family loved how all the dogs are treated with love and good care by the staffs. Joy is a quite well behaving and friendly dog and I thank Bosque for this ? I’m sure Joy is missing her friends and all the staffs at Bosque. Thank you!!
