★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb bar, excellent location, well decorated, colourful with elegance, very clean, wide variety of food, beers and cocktails. Friendly helpful staff, very efficient, well run service. Live music with excellent band charging a small fee. Music was not too loud and plenty space to get quieter corners !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off for foreigners. Didn’t provide prices during a RIO event knowing they would trick some foreigners. The police were called about the rip-off when the bill was received. Awful experience. Should pay the price by closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike previous bars that operated in this address, they occupy so much of the side street (Av. Rainha Elizabeth) that there is virtually no space for people on wheelchairs and baby trolleys to pass. And it makes no sense, as they have plenty of open space at the side of the bar that overlooks the beach (Av. Vieira Souto). Residents have filled various complaints against this frankly abusive and disrespectful occupation of public space, to no avail – probably because they make more money by keeping the table there than they lose with the fines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is warm, friendly, and attentive, you can even see her being kind and laughing withother staff. She really helps bring a positive energy to the bar and I saw her staying busy taking orders from tables when other staff were busy.
She is one of the most professional people I've ever seen at a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lot of fun on a rainy Friday and can recommend it. The food is all right, the drinks good and the location, right in front of the Ipanema beach, is awesome! The service is friendly, bright and fast. The atmosphere is amazing and the people are fun - especially when the evening and live music begins. A menu in English is available and there is a low minimum consumption value.

Brahma 'chopp' is served at a perfect temperature and pace.
The pork rolls were crunchy and tasteful, a must-have.
Service was a bit slow, but then again the place was packed, so it was tough to get our order through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Thursday night and it was absolutely packed - great menu with vegetarian friendly options (the wrap in the photo!). Food was very good and priced well. Normal wait time for food, but drink service was incredibly fast. Live music and a great band, inside is really cute with a nice atmosphere and decor and the outside is also beautiful and there's lots of room.
